I'm at the Indigo Plateau in Soul Silver but most of my pokemons are at a low level, any tips on getting them to a certain level quicker and what level should I be on to enter the Indigo Plateau? whee

Well after you beat all the gym leaders, go about... 10 levels higher? maybe more to be safe.

My suggestions:
-Tazer your opponents' pokemon! XD
-Bring a grenade in case they send a big guy after you o.o

Paint is easy to use to make sprites with! : ) [What I usually do is zoom in real close and change the coloring of a pokemon sprite that way, and add on parts from another pokemon as well ^^ It's easy]

I'm sure u could find tutorials and stuff on how to do it, but it's really a matter of changing colours and swapping parts on MS Paint :3
