I think that there should be a guide for new members to model their posts after.

First off every post should be grammatically correct, use Microsoft word to spell check it it'll make it so much easier.

Secondly if you’re defining what's going on you must surround it in a pair of asterisks like so: *Ironman boots up his modular armor.*
Speaking has more rules too. They are to be surrounded by quotation marks like so:
"Hey guys, the mansion wasn’t this dirty when I left."

Special rules vary for the type of dialogue going on.

Dashes to either side indicate that characters are communicating through a comlink or radio. –“Calling all cars, come in cars.”-

Tildes are tricky; I’ve been using them to indicate when Ironman’s computer Jarvis is speaking. Like so: ~POWER LEVELS AT MAX CAPACITY. ~ But I'm not sure if that's the set use.

I just thought that new members should look here to keep out of trouble.

Well no, missions have to be approved before they can be initiated. Thanks for asking before you acted.

most likely we'll need people who want to make a mission to answer a few things.
What the mission willl be about.
Who will be included.
Where the mission is taking place.
and all this information is to be sent to one of the guild heads via private message for approval, whichever one is online at the time.

This is not where you request, you are to send a request via a Private message to a guild head. Then, once it has been approved, you can start that mission.
