Skothantos took a look around in the area and saw several trapped Hollows within. He touched a glass and said,
"I swear to everyone of you that I'll let you all out as soon as I am finished with each and every one of you. I promise to ensure the Hollow race's survival. I promise you that there will be no more ethnic cleansing in Hueco Mundo, instead, I will make sure this peace stays together for the betterment of our race. This is my vow and I promise to keep it for all of you."
Skothantos examined each of them and tried to remember his encounters and observations he had with Shinigami. That was when he took out some note paper and began scribbling notes down of a potential hybrid and what they may look like. They either looked normal or like a complete and total madman's concept of a Hollow and a Shinigami combined. He then listed the features it could use
1.) Release would involve some form of Zanpakuto sword transformation and bodily transformation which would involve either 2 Zanpakutos as 1 or 1 Zanpakuto that did both.
2.) All abilities that both can use are either combined or separate.
3.) The strength is either doubled or higher.
4.) Intelligence is still the same as both species, but has a higher level of thinking and learning.
5.) Speed is greatly heightened to either double the speed or higher.
After coming up with these conclusions, he began feeling his brow sweat and he stopped...He began to write another note for Kiyoko...

“What are you doing here?” a voice came from behind Skothantos. A woman clad in a white shihakushō which was covered by a black kimono stood a few metres away with a stern look on her face. “Have you come here to hurt them even more?”
She was looking past him at the hollows but, the instant she realised that she was distracted, her gaze returned to him. “You have no business here so if you do not mind, leave…”
The torn cry of a hollow echoed in the air around them as she spoke and her firey green eyes were drawn once again to the hollows behind the screen. With this slight movement, her fringe fell to cover the mask on her right jaw and shade the entire right side of her face. “Leave…” she repeated, suddenly ready to send an attack of some kind his way if he failed to heed her warnings.

Skothantos was startled for a second and turned around to face the stranger,
"I don't know if you understand, but I myself am a Hollow and I have made a vow to protect my dying brethern until I, myself, have died. I have watched countless genocidal ethnic cleansing take place in my very home and each time, I have prevented the once corrupted Shinigami race from succeeding with killing every Hollow off the face of the Earth. You understand little, Shinigami, I swear to release these Hollows when the time is needed for they have an eternal pain that I know they have. As I said before, I am a Hollow and I feel their pain, because there is an empathetic connection between brothers, so don't tell me that I don't care one bit about my brothers."
Skothantos' eyes glowed red until his shifting, shadowy, black mask as he too prepared to attack her out of anger for her judgement. It angered him when people judged him for going against his race's wishes when he is just defending him and has defended them for millennia.
"I have watched more Hollows suffer than you ever will in your entire life time! I have lost both my adoptive brother and my adoptive son to the hands of the Soul Society and I have vowed this would never happen again! And if you care so much about my brothers, where were you when all the genocides happened!?"

"Do not preach to me boy and don't even think about attacking me!" Hisoka barked, her eyes flashing to the white that only showed in her second Resurreccion.
The man spoke with unrestrained passion for his race and he seemed to have a thing against the Seireitei, just like her. "And should you dare call me that vile word ever again, you'll experience what truely lies in wait for you, down with all the rest of our kind..." her voice lowered as she dropped the temperature around them 2degrees Celsius, it wasn't much but it was enough to emphasise the words that followed, "And I'll be the one who sends you there..."
She paused for a moment before allowing the temperature to return to normal. Biting her lip as his words sank in, she'd remembered so many times where she'd used the exact same words. "And in response to your question..." she said, her voice softer and laden with the pain of loss "I was in Las Noches, watching as my brethren were murdered and my Fraccion killed..."
Moving over to the glass screen, a little away from him, she reached up and touched her fingers off the glass. Her touch caused the whole screen to freeze in a spider-web like design under her will. On the opposite side of the screen, a hollow in the form of a hell hound howled painfully before quietening and walking up to the screen and touching its nose placidly against the screen.
A small smile formed on Hisoka's lips as she let her concentration momentarily lapse from the man who stood beside her.

Skothantos crossed his arms and put his head down, his hood covering most of his mask. He shouldn't have mentioned his family, since it always pained him to...That and he had one of the four demons preying on his sadness. He then lifted his head and tried to push Nurgle out of his mind and said,
"An Espada? Pah, they've always been my enemy for wanting to rule over Hueco Mundo. I preferred things to be left as they were, so I never bothered joining and each time I was offered, I refused. I was even going to be "conscripted," but I fought off the welcoming committee. I refused to rule over other Hollows or let others try to reign themselves over myself. I sat on a skull throne in the middle of a bloody river to emphasize that I and only I ruled myself and no one could order me around or stop me from doing what was needed. Granted, I have killed other Hollows for my survival and I have claimed all of my victims' skulls, but most of my victims' skulls are those of Shinigami's to intentionally anger them and the Espada. If you know of me, its no wonder you are already disliking of me, because I was the Espada's enemy, once before and perhaps because I view Shinigami differently than they do. I have seen good Shinigami, but there are those that are corrupt that override the entire nature of them and sadly, there were so many corrupt Shinigami in the ranks that they callously have tried to kill so many Hollows, however, I still do think Shinigami can be good. To be honest, I've fought against Shinigami with Shinigami as temporary allies."
Skothantos told his story and opinions about what was always on his mind. Thing is he was unique for an Arrancar: he was a Vasto Lorde psuedo Arrancar that underwent the artificial Arrancar transformation just a week ago and gained incredible power that way. This made him a good candidate to join the Espada ranks but he didn't want to join out of a desire not to rule over the Hollows and to flaunt his power in unnecessary ways, although there were cults devoted to him that he had no clue of until he found out recently. Still, nothing could change his brother being brutalized to death and his son being impaled before his eyes.

"Huh..." was Hisoka's nonchalant reply, "I was an Espada because I was forced to be that way, so don't get all high and mighty with me. I have neither heard of, or dislike you. You have not so much as given me with your name..."
Looking in at the hollow dog, she smiled and took her hand from the glass shield that separated them, "Pitiful," she whispered, half to the dog who walked off once her hand left the screen, "They experimented on them for their personal gain, although I must admit, I did spend a good deal of my time... treating them to fine sake... for the sake of furthering my own knowledge," she laughed a little at her delicate phrasing. If he could see her eyes and the reminiscent and bloodthirsty glow they held, she would not have blamed him for reacting repulsed. Many did.
"And it was a Shinigami who placed a death warrant on my head in Hueco Mundo so I hold no true alliance with these Shinigami. But yet, at the same time, it is the very Captain of this Squad who took me in and made me his Lieutenant," she continued, sighing.
She'd left her haori behind her and, as she moved, she turned to face him, propping her shoulder against the shield. "You speak with pain in your voice," she noted, her mask still hidden from him.
She could hear the underlying sorrow that came with these words and, understanding the loss within them, she decided to tone down her sharpness.

Skothantos rose his head slightly to look down at Hisoka. He still didn't like her, but this was his usual attitude towards people, immediately disliking them often with a prejudice he always held. This was a result of being incredibly reclusive for so long on his incredibly high throne that not even the size of a skyscraper could match in height and a bloody river that seemed to incredibly dwarf a river. Where he resided spelled out self-destructive reclusiveness from the rest of the world he was in. Only now was he beginning to somewhat fit into society and at least try to integrate into it by resisting the four demons that were plaguing his mind. After a moment of silence, he replied, quietly,
"I hold pain for not preventing the deaths of millions of Hollows and seeing more and more Hollows end up like these ones here or just get outright murdered. I have this skull necklace as a reminder of who my true enemies are and to show all who oppose me that I am not one to falter in his vow."
Skothantos sat down in his chair and said,
"As the newly appointed Captain, I hope to breed these Hollows and then release them out in Hueco Mundo but with monitoring to defend them so that I can watch them at all times in case any Shinigami enters Hueco Mundo as an intruder trying to poach them down. Hopefully then the Hollow populace won't dwindle any further. Already, I sent my cultists to watch for any Shinigami that intrude on Hollow turf and drive them out unless they are accompanied by a Hollow. I also ordered them to defend my throne from my throne there. By using my cultists' willingness to help and my monitoring of these Hollows, I can defend them without having to stop in my duties here."
Skothantos was sure this plan could work but he also had to make sure Hisoka was prepared to do as he asked,
"As a Hollow, I ask that you too keep a keen eye on the Sereitei and make sure there is no corruption within the ranks of any sort. I have not noted any sort of anti-Hollow attitudes as of yet, but as soon as it becomes obvious, one of us has to take his position away and report the corruption immediately. If that doesn't work, then the last resort is outright killing the corrupt officials."

"Hmph..." Hisoka folded her arms in front of her chest and arching her eyebrow. "First off, brother, if you believe that I just do easy handouts like being your pet who you can order about, you're so very mistaken. Secondly, I'm the Squad 6 Captain, if I find anyone who's being 'anti-Hollow' I'll be sure to let you know after I've enforced the law.
Thirdly and lastly, I don't appreciate the fact that you are still acting hostile towards me by trying to raise yourself onto some platform of righteous salvation so come down off your high horse and start being a little nicer!"

Her eyes pierced into the red depths of his as she fixed him with a stern look.
She did not like the idea of this man 'breeding' or so he put it, Hollows of any description. "You should think of checking on those 'cultists' for all they are in it for is fear. They fear you, they do not respect you. My Fraccion respected me and I say this because I treated each one of mine with respect. Which is more than I can say for some of the others... "
Shuddering very slightly as the screams of other Fraccion members as they were brought into the old meeting room of the Espada in Las Noches and were tortured before them for the fun of it. Her knuckles protruded through her skin as she balled her hands into tight fists at the thought.

Skothantos growled a light growl and replied,
"Just because you are of Hollow nature does not mean you get my automatic respect or trust. I have lived in seclusion for years. Do you think someone such as myself would give you a free handout for respect or trust? No and I expect you wouldn't either. I only ask that you do your part as I have and am still doing my part."
Skothantos walked away from the glass and rested his hands on the desk and let his long hair flow from his hood and said,
"Those cultists...I do not know if they respect or fear me. I have only encountered them recently near my throne, worshipping me. I'm a nihilist and I quite don't like being worshipped, but who am I to turn down help from ones such as them? Besides, as much as I wish for the best of them, I cannot understand why they flock to me at all."
Skothantos descended his head further and whispered to himself, in a very inaudible tone of voice,
"Why? Why have I seen nothing but suffering for all Hollows, including myself? Do we only exist to be the playthings of fate to torture? Throughout the years, I have witnessed all of the attempted genocidal actions of the Soul Society on Hueco Mundo and have each time, prevented them from finishing the job...but still, I get the feeling that it will happen again in the future, but it will happen when its too late for me to intervene and then the entire Soul Society will have my head."

"Don't growl at me," Hisoka growled back, glaring darkly at him. "And if that's how you feel about things and if you feel that you really do care about the fate of Hollows then why haven't you done something about these Shinigami already? Whatever about feeling that there's good within them but, no matter how much you try, their hate is deeply routed within how can we ever trust them..."
She knew how hypocritical she was being, but it was the very fact that it had been a Shinigami who'd caused her to be forced out of Hueco Mundo that she herself had a severe bias towards them.
It was when he began to whisper that she began to see him in a new light. "I'm not asking for your respect or trust, I simply do not wish to feud with my brother," she stated simply and emotionlessly, "And... if they are to have your head, then I'll be there to fight by your side. I do not like you but I shall not see you die by their Zanpakuto..."

Skothantos rose his head and turned his ever shifting masked face towards her direction. He said,
"Its not that I'd be outnumbered, even though I very much would be but I could handle them and let any other survivors take up my help, its the fact I'd fail once more in my duty of defending life from the hands of corrupt murderers, both Shinigami and Hollow. As a Hollow and the fact that they are dying out, I'm more inclined to defend them than Shinigami, but the fact of the matter is that no one, not even a Hollow, is incorruptible. In fact, all sentient beings are corrupted in many ways in the fact we do ill deeds, almost, if not, everyday of our lives. Some of us, though, are taught morals and some are not, which is why there is a clear difference between most people. The fact is no being is born with a moral instinct at all, rather morality is something that is taught with discipline and practice from our elders and/or our environment. Some who do not receive such things are immoral and corrupt beings that know only themselves and what is best for themselves. Inherently, it is not their fault, because sometimes, it is who has taught them those actions that are at fault, if anyone is involved in shaping and influencing them at all. As living creatures with thoughts and reasons, we have a moralistic habit that some of us listen to and that some of us do not adhere to. Through my journeys and wanders from Hueco Mundo to the World of the Living, I have learned this in all beings. Not all Shinigami are at fault for what has happened to the Hollow race and as I said before, some Shinigami have devoted themselves to my cause to help preserve the Hollow race."
Skothantos was quoting a beautiful piece of literature from a book he read in the World of the Living by Robert A. Heinlein. It was a sci-fi novel but it was more of a philosophical and literary analysis novel than an actual military sci-fi novel and the section about morals and what man is was something that he noticed in the actions and lives of all people, even himself.

"You take things far too seriously!" Hisoka grinned, she too was very similar to him but was deciding to be far more blase about his mutterings than the inner workings of her mind would suggest.
"If you want me to help you just say so because lengthy reems of philosophy just go over my head..." she pretended as though she'd not been bothered to listen to the man.
He had some good ideas, she knew that there was no one who was without some degree of corruption and that corruption varied from person to person. "Welcome to the Captaincy," she said, smiling very briefly at him. With a slight backwards flick of her head, her hair flicked back to reveal the feline's jawbone full of sharp teeth, that covered her own right jaw up to her just an inch and a half under her right eye.

Skothantos put his head down and kept his arms crossed. He was acting humble about his position,
"I don't think of this as a huge accomplishment for me. If anything, I somewhat predicted I'd be able to take this position, but I am a bit proud I mastered my Zanpakuto in roughly a week. Still, I admit that this position is well, a position, nonetheless. I'm still the same person that very few Hollows know of."
Skothantos lifted his head and put down his hood, but kept his mask over his face. He only took down his hood because it wasn't really needed and because no part of his face would be revealed whether or not his hood was up or down,
"I'm not taking off this mask if you are wondering that. Lets just say I have scars that were put there through brutal means and I refuse to show them. If my spiritual power and reputation does not scare anyone, my face is almost guaranteed to and as of right now, I'm not looking to scare anyone nor do I want any Shinigami feeling completely villainized because of them for it is no one's fault in the Soul Society, now that is responsible for my deformed face."

Dakota walked into Skothantos' research department slowly reading over some notes. He'd just returned from the Hollow Sanctuary he'd implemented a few decades ago in Squad Ten, he'd for years been studying them and was finally glad a Captain of Squad Twelve finally gave his research on Hollows a good amount of attention pleased him. He'd been training the Hollows to become more vicious over the years, but they still act like domestic animals when the trainers come in. Hunger however, has lead to a multitude of accidents within the enclosure.

He turned the corner and placed his hand on the doorknob, it was rather cold. Without knocking, he entered the room and went straight to Skothantos. "Hey," Dakota started to say as he always found his name hard to pronounce, "I've got some more research from the Hollow Sanctuary.". He extended the arm with the papers and placed them on a desk and looked around. He looked at the various specimens and subjects making sure what was going on. He glanced at Hisoka, and nodded at her then turned his eyes to Skothantos to hear what he'd come up with.
