Does anyone here know how to unlock frozen items? I want to give a friend a gender bending potion, but it won't be gifted because it says it's frozen.

As I know you can't unfreeze frozen items.
But you can have two free gender benders.
You go to your account settings,in the Avatar Gender section you'll see this

"You are eligible to TWO free potions! Claim one now"

click the claim now and you'll get it.click it again and you'll get the second.
