Squad Seven Ability
Phalanx
By joining Squad Seven, anyone would gain the ability Phalanx, since we are the First Line Defense squad. The Phalanx allows us to successfully defend any single ally on our RIGHT SIDE ONLY by using a concentration of energy. The shield only defends while you concentrate, and you're usually wide open during this, unless, of course, you make a Phalanx.
The reason this is called Phalanx? Back when Squad Seven was full and thriving, there would be groups of members who would make a box formation, including members in the middle, and use their shields. They were untouchable while they all concentrated. With a good member of Squad 4 inside the Phalanx, with enough space to move around, this ability allowed many wounded to be healed by the Medical Squad members, while at the same time, keeping them safe. With any good member of Squad 5, the Phalanx would sit and let the Kido Master charge up his spell, and then allow him to fire it off, causing massive collateral damage to the enemy. Only once was this done, but it was devastating, and the enemy retreated after that battle.
