It had been a few days since Natasha's fight with Daredevil and now she found herself back on UNN Alpha, the flagship helicarrier to S.H.I.E.L.D. She had hoped that there would be some work for her to do but things had been strangely quiet the past couple of days. Nothing that required the skills of the Black Widow. The super-spy sat in her quarters aboard the flying battlestation at her metallic desk. Even her computer screen was blanked of anything interesting.

*After he and Ms. Marvel defeat Venom, Ironman flies up to the Helicarrier with a bone to pick with Nick fury. He lands near one of the carriers many hangars and is stopped by a SHIELD agent.* "I need to speak with director Fury, it's urgent!"

Natasha is brought back to reality by the clamoring of voices in the corridor. Deciding that going to see what it was was better than sitting around, she walked out of her room towards the noise. She turned the corner to find Iron Man of all people arguing with a S.H.I.E.L.D. trooper about Director Fury's whereabouts. Like he would know, Tony.
"Iron Man. Is there something I can help you with?" she asked stepping forward into view.

*Ironman, a bit annoyed by the agent's stalling, turns to the Widow.* "Yeah, I just got back from a fight with a symbiote and I have information that Fury's trying to make more. I need to talk to him."

The Captain stepped out from around the corner. He had over heard them as he was walking back up to his room from his work out in the gym.

*Ironman turns to Cap and makes eye contact.* "I'm afraid he's intent on using them as a sort of biological weapon. These things make who or whatever they bond to super strong and resistant to damage. They are really hard to seperate from their hosts and even harder to kill."

"Tony, its not good to go spreading lies about people who are on our side if you don't even have proof. Fury is my friend and he has been that for years, i do believe he wouldn't do something like this."

"Hold it Cap, I'm not accusing him of anything. I just need to ask him if he's got any information on these things, I mean one of them even tried to bond with me. If they get out of hand there could be an epidemic."

Thor, who had been spotted his friend, Iron Man, earlier and had seen him rushing somewhere, had followed him. Thor slowed his flying, landed, and casually waked up next to Iron Man.
