Crowd Control, is the most ancient of the healing arts. These abilities influence or prevent another from actions, If used properly it can make one physically useless. Upon using these spells, One must indeed be careful.
Spell: Duct Tape
For Wizards with the CL 1.0-10.0
This strange spell, wraps your target up and keeps them from movement, it is a version of a “Sleep” Spell.However beware, if a target is under this spell and it’s attacked, the spell will weaken and allow it to receive it’s movement back. When the rank becomes higher with experience, it will start affecting foes around the original target, As well as it will increase the chance that they get bound by the spell.

This spell is a fear spell, It is used to make your foe’s flee from you in panic! When it is at a higher rank, the ring affects an entire area, and the tendency for your foes to flee grows as well.

For Wizards with the CL 1.0-10.0
This spell is to be used in a time of overwhelming, it is used to pull opponents away from companions, leaving them in less of a danger. However, upon using this spell the opponent attracts to you, and focuses on you, so beware. It is only a short while it keeps attracted to you though. Higher ranks of this spell increase the area affected and the strength of the taunt. The highest ranks also make your foes tremble, draining their chances of a dodge for a short time.
