It was approximately noon time with in Manhattan and all was going well. The people within the city were going about their usual business. The day started as if it were just a normal regular day. There were no signs of trouble at all.

Meanwhile lightyears away from the Earth a Great Portal had suddenly opened and from within it released a comet shooting through space with great speed. The Portal soon closed as if it was meant to deliver the comet.

The comet rocketed through space heading directly towards Earth at a astonishing speed. As it came closer and closer to Earth it's speed picked up thanks to it's gravitional pull.The comet's tail left a blue stream looking similar to jet stream.
The comet soon started to enter Earth's atmosphere. It was headed directly into the heart of Manhattan. Even from miles away the people in New York City could see the approaching comet and immediately started to panic thinking that it was something of mass destruction. As the comet started to land it hit the side of a building causing immediate destruction as debris started to fall down from the sudden lack of support taken. The hit threw of it's course and insead it landed within Central Park causing a great crater to form from the impact.

The crater seemed to give off a large armount of steam and fog as the heat from the comet was evaporating water into droplets into the air. There seemed to be no movement at all until what appeared to sound like heavy foot steps were heard. Curious citizens stood close by where as others started to run away panicing. As the fog cleared it revealed a giant green being lumbering forward slowly. From the looks of it the being seemed disoriented at first not sure where it was or what was going on at all.

More chaos could be heard coming from Central Garden. The closer to the destruction the louder the explosions and gunshots were. Apparently the local law enforcement decided to shoot first and ask questions later, not really thinking about the situation at hand. The Green Being showed great strength as he picked up a car and threw it at them. It was obvious this thing had become pissed. Slowly it started to walk through the streets away from the crash site not knowing where it was headed.

*Ms. Marvel glides down.*
"I've got your back, Cap."

Not one to trust new people Skaar thought of this as their way of trying to ambush him. He grabbed a nearby car and threw it directly at the Captain America.

*Ironman lands on the other side of the being.*
~Through commlink~ "Cap, Marvel, any idea who or what this is? He looks awfully familiar, big, green, and angry."

*Ironman nearly fell over from the shockwave.* "Initiate jet boots!" *He began to fly towards the green creature, preparing a Mach-3 punch.*

The Black Widow had snuck off from the group on the helicarrier earlier once it had started to get crowded in the hallway. Now she stood on the deck of the flying fortress with a parachute strapped to her back dressed in her skintight catsuit with her Widow bracelets snapped around her wrists. A quick check of her equipment and she leaped off the deck headfirst with the grace of a professional diver. Her body slid through the air effortlessly. The wind hit her hard in the face while her long red hair became a streak across the sky. She shot through some clouds before seeing the combat zone for the first time. "Hulk?" she asked herself as she watched the destruction of the creature that opposed the trio of Avengers.

Unlike Captain America, she didn't blow her chute until she was a mere few feet off the ground. Allowing the parachute to act as more of a quick deceleration before landing on one knee and letting the chute blow off in the wind. The landing had placed her next to Captain America on the street in front of the being. "Black Widow reporting in. I've alerted S.H.I.E.L.D. Headquarters of this incident. We have full control of the situation. General Ross and the U.S. military will have to fight their way here." Widow smiled a little before reaching into her belt. "I've brought these to help, Steve." In her hands displayed to Captain America was four bullet syringes. "A sedative we've used on the Hulk at three times the normal dosage. Adamantium tipped, of course."

"Thanks, Steve." she nearly whispered out as she stood back up behind Captain America. Instinct was telling her that something was off about this Hulk. Dr. Banner's Hulk was usually much more talkative with growls and screams. This Hulk seemed more reserved in his use of vocal chords. Widow snapped her finger to the commlink in her left ear focusing it on Iron Man. "Iron Man, run a full spectral body scan of the Hulk," Black Widow managed a few backhand springs away from where she'd been standing before finishing her statement. "After that compare results to the Hulk's previous records." She stopped talking to focus on firing rounds of her Widow's Bite at the Hulk-type creature attacking them.
