Unfortunately for me, I can hardly do sports. Due to a recent surgery and a delicate back, I have to watch myself. These are getting better, however. I do yoga and tai chi and home and at my local gym. The yoga classes are great for developing a stronger core, and the tai chi is a great way to reduce stress, practice breathing correctly and keep balance. Swimming is very fun for me. I do about 10-20 slow laps when I get the chance. I do some weight lifting, but I'm still being careful.

I am a gymnast and a competitive cheerleader for gem city gymnastics, but I also play tennis and soccer for my school. biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin
