RULES: no auto hitting, dodging, or killing no gomoding and do disrespectful behavior  Tokemaru returned to the old forest behind his office two weeks after he had fully healed from his confrontation with Hisoka. Tokemaru sighed heavily and closed his eyes to lose himself in the sounds of nature and forget his troubles for the moment. It would be good to take off all that emotional baggage.

 Jugai walked into the forest for sight seeing to kill some time. He wanted to relax for the time being before he headed back to the barracks. Jugal walked up to the closest tree next to him and started to climb up until he saw the largest branch on the top to sit on. When he reached the top, he raised his arms out as he gave a yawn and laid back on the tree from the branch. While laying back Jugai saw someone on the bottom floor and recognized him. 'Wait a minute isn't that the same person who was with Captain Kage in the hospital when they attacked captain Shoechii.' Jugai looked down from the tree and shouted "Hey you down there do you remember me from a while back in the hospital."

 Tokemau's eyes snapped open and a low growl escaped his throat at this unwelcome interruption into his peace. He looked up at Jugai and glared angrily at him. He did indeed remember this person who had gotten in his way and stopped him from capturing that murderer Shoechii, who had killed Ace, his best friend and stole his status as a captain. Tokemaru turned to face Jugai and placed a hand lazily on one of his zanpakuto. "I remember you, but not fondly. Get lost."

Jugai looked down on Tokemaru from the tree and wondered 'Hmm why is it people are having a grudge against me when I just recently joined the seretei.' "Why should I get lost I'm not bothering anyone here I'm just relaxing like you are right now." Jugai looked closely down at Tokemaru and saw he was placing his hand on his zanpaktou which means he was ready to attack at any oppritunity he got. Jugai also quietly moved his hand to his sword just in case. "By the way who are you anyway since I also saw you with Captain Kage and what are you doing here."

"3rd Squad Captain, Tokemaru Feirie, and these woods are on my turf" Tokemaru continued to glare up at Jugai as he mentally readied himself just in case Jugai wanted to start a fight with him. If that was his intention, Tokemaru would waste no time in beating him into the ground for stopping him from taking Shoechii into custody. "You are the one who is trespassing here."

Jugai looked down on Tokemaru with a surprised look. "You are a captain..That would make sense now from the hospital. But what fairness is it that 2 people of captain level would jump one of their own kind." Jugai moved his legs so that he is sitting on the branch and prepared himself just in case he needed to jump or move. "Also I wouldn't call this trespassing since I didn't like sneak in here or anything tricky, I just walked in normally and their was no sign saying this was your forest."

Tokemaru shunpoed upward onto a branch in front of Jugai, his level expression unchanged as he balanced himself on the branch but still not drawing either of his zanpakutos. He looked Jugai in the eye and saw no lie in his eyes. "Honorable as your intent was, you know nothing."

Jugai looked at Tokemaru in his eyes and saw that he was getting a little bit overworked about this. Jugai moved back a little and started to laugh from Tokemaru's comment. "Hahaha You say I don't know anything. Then my friend you so wrong, I understand more than you think. By the way what was that guy's name again hmmm...Chaos right. Yea shoechiii told me about him, the way that he killed that weak b*****d." Jugai was tempting Tokemaru to see how he would react since Jugai did hear something about him and chaos being close from the hospital incident and from what Shoechii told him.

Only the look in Tokemaru's eyes changed in response to Jugai's words, from passive, to menacing. If Jugai had known anything about Tokemaru, then he would have known how much of a grave error it was to make the young captain angry. He also would have known that the quickest way to do so would be to insult the ones he loves, Ace was one of them. "If you knew then you knowingly helped a murderer to escape, that's accessory after the fact. You're under arrest, Jugai." Tokemaru placed a hand on his zanpakuto again, "Come quietly, or come in agony, the choice is yours."

Jugai from hearing Tokemaru's started to laugh even more. Jugai couldn't control himself to even look at Tokemaru. "Hahahaha you are really funny. But what gives you the authority to arrest me just for knowing something and isn't it in the rules to obtain captain seat to kill the captain that is recently in charge of that . So yeah you get know right whatsoever." Jugai slowly moved his hand on his zanpaktou just in case Tokemaru might try something funny.

"You ought to read over our laws a bit more carefully if you want to try that argument with me," Tokemaru replied as he tightened his grip on his zanpakuto, "Being captain gives me that authority as long as I have proof, and I just herd your confession from your own mouth, that's all the evidence I need. Now then, I'm going to say this only once; give it up and come with me."

Jugai even tightened his grip on his sword and looked at Tokemaru without trying to laugh from his harmless threats. "Do you really think you can take me in for something as little and stupid as the death of Chaos. Also I don't plan to go with you even if you demand me too since its pointless, and one more face I like Shoechii as my captain so the more I think about it I'm glad he killed Chaos." Jugai knew for a fact if Tokemaru wanted to bring him in he would have to do it by force since its for something that is not that important.

I see...In that case...Sword Arts:Blade Beam!" Tokearu drew his zanpakuto and swung it at the tree that had the branch Jugai was standing on. An arc of energy shot out of the blade as Tokemaru swung it and sliced through the tree, causing that part of it to fall off with Jugai standing on the falling branch.

Jugai started to fall from his branch just being cut from that attack of Tokemaru. "Heh not bad of an attack, that looks cool." Jugai took out his zanpaktou and gripped it really tight that he stabbed the tree with his blade to slow down the speed that he was falling at until to the point it stopped and it looked like he was standing on the side of the tree. Jugai looked up at Tokemaru and had a slight devilish expression on his face. "Hmm this might be fun show me what you got captain Tokemaru."

"It is said that the weakest and least skilled shout the loudest," Tokemaru replied, never leaving his perch as he looked down on Jugai, "If you want to fight me, then you're going to have to show that you're worth my time. So far all you've done is talk. I've fought guys who are all talk before, just ask the arrancar James.
