After Skothantos had his violent episode with Kage, he returned to the last hope he desired in the world: Hueco Mundo, the only place he ever belonged where the demons he suffered were at a minimum because of his self conditioning and training. He hated how he acted around Kage, but he knew nobody gave much thought into him. The creation of the demon in his brain reflected that to him. Soon enough, he found himself at the mercy of it as it was finishing its creation.
Skothantos, its nice to meet with you, I am your latest creation, Melal, the beast of anarchy, terror, and doubt.Melal began his sinister laughter but Skothantos was too angry to submit to Melal. As such, Skothantos began to attack him, viciously, and the two began their fight with Melal winning. Skothantos underwent a disgusting mutation with his body becoming an amalgamation of Khorne, Tzeentch, Nurgle, and Slaanesh, as well as his own twisted incarnation. Skothantos became a monster and Skothantos became chained by Melal in his mind. The creation of Melal caused the Four to fight each other which only strengthened Melal in that he embodied anarchy. The infighting only helped Melal, but this was what Skothantos was secretly planning to beat Melal.
