The Grand Gardens of Squad One has three gates, one that is opened near the front door of the Squad One offices and Captain's Meeting locations, another is open near the Squad one Barracks, and finally near the main entrance to the squad grounds. The Grand Gardens of course happens to be a very large and beautiful location that holds many rare plants in which some have even grown into what is viewed to be Consciousness. These flowers have been seen to shoot out waves of reiatsu from one another to even just juggling them with what looks to be a sight of personal entertainment for them. It isn't known if they can communicate with any other life or even each other, but they are quick to react to new things coming to them by no longer getting active unless they seem to be comfortable with you, which can take any time for a few hours, to even years. Those who they seem to be around often they do not care to stop being active and shoot around their lights continuously.

Besides these specific plants there are many more in which have their own scents, sizes and so on. Even the grasses are special here as they seem to have been planted special and are taken special care of. In this place the grasses are so well that it can even be more comfortable than even that of a bed to some. This garden extends even for up to six square miles and even has a large river and lake that is to the north spawned by what looks to be a waterfall. The water here, which flows off of the waterfall onto a group of yellow, green, and red flowers, which have the most beautiful scent of Lemons, Limes, and Cherries, which strangely after the water falls into the river and flows around has just a very sweet taste to it, as if it should be salt water, but instead has become nearly sugar water.

The strange thing about this garden is that it will often be seen filled with many shinigami and arrancar simply because of it's wonders, most of all at night when the living flowers keep the garden light up with their dance of lights. There is also one group of special group of flowers dubbed the name "Scented Muses" in which at night will play what is believed to be ancient music. It strangely seems to happen only on calm nights when everyone gathered in the Gardens are relaxed and not doing anything to upset the flowers. They always seem to start the same way, with the middle flowers starting to move slowly into circles as they create stringed noises from a Koto, then a movement of flowers near them start to create a whistle and flute sound, and moving on to even heavy drums to create a flourish of lovely music that could make the most hyper and energetic of people to get lost in the majestic, almost angelic sounds to a point they could fall asleep, or lay for hours without need to move or do anything during the Grand Garden Shows.

In the most center of the Gardens is that of a small open shrine in which can hold up to thirty people at one time, perhaps fifty but then there will be no elbow room. A large majority would have to be at the bottom level, and a smaller amount would be able to take the top level of the building in which would allow for them to look out over the Gardens and even hear the music all around. This is also a special place to be during the rain in order to stay dry while the Garden continues to just have fun.

It is of course highly illegal within the squad to harm any of the flowers or planets, especially the ones that seem to have consciousness. This is truly the Grand Garden and the garden is meant to be strictly peaceful, fighting is nearly illegal.

"Why is it that someone like me became a captain..."



After leaving the Captain in his office after doing what he could to make it seem like he wasn't the Head Captain, Kiryu found himself sitting in the forest. He knew that the plants here would quickly let him know when the Captain, or just anyone not often coming to the Grand Gardens happens to enter. The flowers had quickly held their grip on tossing their lights around in a beautiful flourish like always.
The man wondered if the Captain would be caught by surprise, it was doubtful, but there were still chances in such a situation to happen. Of course things could always change quickly, she could be surprised and just shortly become more calm and relaxed about it, maybe even a bit freaked out that he was one who would be playing with her mind, or minds of others. Normally people would not like such things happening to them, but it isn't often that anyone would show much disrespect to a person that happens to be their superior, even if he didn't want to be in that rank to begin with.

"Why is it that someone like me became a captain..."



Looking over to the Captain who had entered, since the flowers stopped shooting their lights when she wheeled up, the Head Captain turned slowly to look towards her and smiled. He had a soft one this time, well it had been softer really. With a few steps the man appeared next to her, his eyes wide for a moment as he began to walk around her, touching the wheel chair as if it were the first time he had ever seen once. This wasn't true of course during his life as a Vizard in the world of the living he had often seen a few, most of all when his blood thirsty teacher didn't kill someone by accident they would have to actually get one or two.
With a smile he finally stood right in front of the woman, and took in a breath. The head captain had a very serious look on his face, as if he took a few moments to think about something, and finally came up with an answer in his mind.

"You are in a wheelchair..." Gojiro said as he looked at it further, and smiled to the woman. He almost seemed to be an idiot with that remark, but lord knows just how high his IQ could really be. Next he turned around for a moment to walk about two feet from her, his insignia as squad one captain on his back, showing that he is also the head captain. He did enjoy wearing a strange haori, but that wasn't what mattered, so the man turned again, and looked to the woman.

"You have something to give me?" Kiryu asked with a calm voice as he turned to look at the woman, his eyes glowing a sadistic red for a moment before they returned to a calm blue. This man had something very dangerous about him, but as it were he would be too lazy to act on any of them. His original teacher was a blood thirsty animal, like himself in some sense, but his teacher knew now that he would no longer be able to over power this new Head Captain, if anything the two would be equal, if not Kiryu himself being the more skilled now. However that doesn't much matter anymore, what does matter is this woman's reaction, and the note she has to pass on.

he travels out of the barreks and looks around the dark garden ugh why is this place such a drag he looks over and sees his captian and walks over and puts his arm on his captains shoulder captian this place is such a drag .... can i go to the forrest or to the human world and cause mayhame?*he taps his foot waiting for the awnser this place is so boring .... he walks over to the roses and spits on them happiness makes me choke .... he puts his hand on the captians shoulder captian we need to re decorater the squads garden *he laughts*

† Seeing the gardens bright colors and wondering scents made her smile. Sparrow let her free hand just gently sweep across the flowers, careful not to get to close. A tree limb was hanging over the clear blue water making it a good place to relax. She slowly walked over taking her time. Once at the limb a few small rocks were in the way, Sparrow stepped over carefully and sat herself on the middle of the limb. She rested Chi in her lap, her dark hood down as she looked at Chi closing her eyes. Hearing the water quietly move along kept Sparrow in a state of unknowing. If someone came up she would not know, but Chi was watching for her. Sparrow's breathing began to slow as the more relaxed she became. †

He walked into the gardens, after his captain mentioned it. He still did not know the place very whell so he thought that the captain could still show him about. Sean eyed the place, it looked quite beacefull, a good place to meditate or go on a date with. But for how he would try to find his captain. Eyeing a lady nearby as well. Nice that the squad has women, they may be a weakness of his but he enjoyed it.

Sean went tired, waiting on his captain was not doing anything. So he decided to explore the gardens himself. The atmosphere was quite lovely. a good walk. His zanpacto spirit would love this, something to compose a melady after. While walking past a shrine he saw from afar someone. Blue hair what what caught his eye "hm??" possibly another member from the squad. He decided to walk not too close but not too far from her.
