Uhmm... Well, the thing is, I was part of an old Bleach Guild, that kinda had died. So, I asked the then-current captain if I could take it over, and guide it. He said okay. So, the guild is going great, people are sending in character forms, we're electing captains, vizards, we've even got a mini-storyline going on and then, BAM. Nobody posts in the last like, I don't even know, four months? Anyways, I was wondering if anybody would like to continue it with me, and help breathe life back into the guild, because it really was a good guild, and I had some high hopes for it. Don't you just hate when good guilds fall apart in less than a year? I do and I've been there, but I don't think advertising your guild here is a good idea.

What Dakota means is that if you are able to be active in other guilds you should be able to be active in this one as well. For you not to be active is a concern of ours. If you wish to gain any ranks, you need to get active. Create a new profile based on the new layout if you haven't already. Get into a squad, if you aren't already in one, and try to stay active. These are all possible for you since you seem to be able to stay active in other guilds. Therefore, you really don't have much of an excuse to not be active in this one...or...at least...more active in this one.

Enshara's right, if you have time to advertise your guild and ask for help, you've got time to post in here.

They are more than right.
I have things going on both in real life, and I am creating a guild with very advanced systems, you can ask Enshara about it, thing is work and I am not even done with everything yet, hell I am going to have to delay it's grand opening cause I will be going to New Mexico in three weeks. But even with all of that I am still picking up on my activity in the guild.
So don't advertise for help to get your guild active unless you start to get active.

Vann, while I agree with what they said here, I also want to point out that you do not come into a different guild and post a topic anywhere stating that you want help with another guild. It's just plain rude. The only way for you to advitise is to put things in your siggy or do as I do, get to know the person, and then ask them if they are interested in joining. I have done that several times, and it has worked. Also, maybe you should talk to your crew in the guild to start things up, because I believe that I am the Captain of squad 7 in that guild, and you have only asked for help through members in the guild. I should know, I got some nasty Pm's from them.

Another thing he could do to really have advertisement in this guild is by making a mutual advertisement system between the two of our guilds, and any role play guild that we come across. Cause one thing I am going to be doing is putting Srots into my Kotor guild as an advertisement, while also having mutual advertisement in here as well. So if Vaan wished to have mutual advertisement we could work that out, but it might be best to have a Subforum specifically for other guild advertisements, but we would need at least one member that we can trust to go into their guild, and one of their members could join and play as a rep or just a person to make sure that the advertisement is not taken down. It would allow our members to check out other guilds if they are interested in them, or even in their guilds to check out ours if they are interested. As stated just a moment ago about the subforum for guild advertisements, I do have one in the guild I am making, but of course it is still empty and only the first 5 guilds that join in on the advertisements will be in "Sticky" form, but of course the other guilds would at least have to have the advertisement for my guild up, and the moment it is deleted or unable to be found, is the moment theirs would vanish too. So if he worked with us on that, then I could see about the advertisement staying up, but his activity in this guild still needs to be worked on, lol.
