Alex was laying on Tempest's back as they drifted through the dimensional portal. "Ahhh..." he breathed out, "TemTem, my friend, isn't this great? I wish we could just drift here forever."
Tempest frowned. "I wish you'd take things more seriously sometimes. Don't forget that we're on a delivery job here."
"Oh yeah!" Alex reached into his pocket and pulled out a white Bakugan ball with blue markings and an Aquos symbol on it's back. "Man, never seen one like this before. The Gundalian who lost it must be pretty down." Alex stuffed it back in his pocket. "Well... can't the seriousness wait until we get to Gundalia? I'm just enjoying the ride." He laid back down, put his arms behind his head, and drifted to sleep.

Tempest carried his friends through the interspace. Alex looked over at Marine, then blushed and looked down at Temp's back. "So uh... do you battle a lot? I found Siren in the battle arena in Alpha City, after all..."

"Sometimes. But not often," Marine looked around amazed. "Why do you ask?" Siren looked up at Marine and noticed she looked like a young child discovering something new. She then laughed at her. "You look so strange Marine."

"You dress so pretty, I wouldn't take you for a brawler at a first glance." "Smooth as sandpaper Alex." "Be quiet TemTem!!...Ahem... But yeah. I found Sirenoid near the battle arena in Alpha City. I was also wondering... maybe we could have a little brawl some time?"
Tempest chuckled. "Is that your idea of a date? Silly child." "Not at all!!! I just wanted to play!!"

Marine giggled at Tempest's comments towards Alex. "Sure. We'd love to battle you. Wouldn't we Siren?" "Don't go easy on us just because were girls you know. Or else I'll get mad at you." "Oh Siren," Marine pet Siren sadly. "Your so competitive. And what was that comment about me looking strange?" She pinched Siren between her index finger and thumb and glared at her.

Tempest laughed at Siren's attitude. "Ahaha! Easy? I don't know the meaning of going easy!!"
"Alrighty, well after dinner, let's take a walk down to Alpha City for a little fun!" Alex was excited to have a battle with his new friend.

"Yeah. Alright." "Oh just that you look like a young child." "SIREN?!" Marine's face went a little pink as she yelled. "Uh uhm. Heh oops. Sorry for yelling," She tapped Siren again and she closed up.

The portal became visible. "Hey look! There's Alpha City! This is where we get off."

"It's pretty. And bright compared to Gundalia," Marine looked at Alpha city in amazement. It was her first time visiting another place. Siren opened up again as they came out from the portal. "Well at least this trip will be better than my last. I guess."

Alex helped Marine off of Tempest's back, and Tempest reverted back into his ball form. He perched on Alex's shoulder, neck extended. We'd best hurry if we don't want to be late for dinner.
"You've got a good point. Come along Marine, I'll show you where I live!" With a smile, he took Marine by the wrist and started to run.
