So this Summer's event is Pie Hard! ummm it looks to be a pie eating contest. Link: http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/piehard/f.745/Characters: there's a bazillion diff npc's at diff levels and all. There are the wing stickers at all the events and all near the Current Status grid. On to the meat of it: There are 5 choices of pie. Each slice of pie is 100 Gold. Each full pie is 500 Gold. This can be useful to get gold out of the system but really isn't helping "newbies" who just don't have the gold to spend. Discuss

Meh. "Come stuff the faces of (new) NPCs with your gold". Agreed, its totally not newbie friendly, but at least its not broken like last christmas was.

Yeah and I mean like, the balance of power of the npc's is completely off, as in, everyone jumped on the band wagon and chose the npc's in the lead and the other npc's are not going to come back from those extreme leads.

Koichi Wing Yeah and I mean like, the balance of power of the npc's is completely off, as in, everyone jumped on the band wagon and chose the npc's in the lead and the other npc's are not going to come back from those extreme leads. It's kind of unavoidable though...I mean, most everyone (who is buying pies) wants to win, so only the NPC die-hards will pick their favorite I think...
