Shinigami Abilities

~Dashing~
A most basic technique that allows the user to throw him/herself to a certain direction using a certain angle of which way the the stance is directed and executed. Based on an individual's atributes, dashing can be quite a moderately fast move instead of running. Also depending on the distance, dashing can be quite useful if in closer range to the opponent. This technique is basically for all ranks.

~Furikkā (Flicker step)~
This technique was created by soldiers and officers after seeing how lieutenants and captains had a technique that allows them to move faster than the eye can follow, after studying Shunpo the soldiers and officers came up with this technique similar to Shunpo but different from it as well. Similar to Shunpo, a movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. This technique requires a very high level of training, thus a most difficult one to obtain. One, who is of a high soldier ranking, must be able to possess Furikkā. Furthermore, not like Shunpo this technique is only for short-range but none the less it is a speed known to be the exceeding ability than dashing. For soldiers it is nearly mastered, yet not perfect. Therefore, a soldier can only move 1-3 feet with this step. For officers Furikkā is fully perfected and move 1-6 feet with this step. Once lieutenant rank they loose this ability and gain Shunpo.

Spirit’s Biography: The Princess of Tristain. She is loved by her nationals and is also an old friend of Louise. She is very envious of Louise, even though Louise looks at her with respect. Later, she becomes the queen of Tristain and leads the defense against the Albion invasion after the assassination of the Albion prince Wales, with whom she was in love. Her mother stepped down to mourn for the loss of her husband and previous king, as she did not have the heart to continue to rule Tristain after her loss. At war the princess saw that her best friend was in danger so she tried to save her life but i costed her her life, and the only momento Louise had was the sword, so she transferred her spirit into the sword in order to guide her and protect her.

Shikai Release Phrase:

Shikai Ability: When Louise goes into Shikai, her sword becomes a wand. After this happens, Louise's dexterity and agility go up to wear she can cast her spells without much harm done to her.

Shikai Attack One: Explosion- An attack that explains itself. When Louise holds her wand in the air and cries out "Explosion" a flash of light appears and an Explosion is formed from it. The radius of the explosion can go from a couple feet to almost half a mile.

Shikai Attack Two: Illusion- This attack can make it to where she can make different illusions of herself so that she could fully prepare an assault afterwards.

Shikai Attack Three: Combo Attack of Explosion and Illusion- When first used, Louise can use Illusion to make many different after images of herself but a major difference. These illusions are made to attack different parts of the body. When this is done, she casts explosion on her opponent for multiple hits and/or targets. This blasts are reduced to smaller hit markers the size of body parts. There can only be 4 images besides Louise at a time.

Void- One of the most fearful Void Element spells belongs to Void User, it is said to be the one which match and be able to clash against Earth's weaponary. Releases shining power with powerfull burst, brings about terrible impact on all, and maybe the user him/herself.

Biography

Louise Françoise le Blanc de la Vallière is the third daughter of an aristocratic family, well known in Tristania, her kingdom. She is attending classes in the Tristania Academy of Magic, where she is known as the "Zero Louise" due to her zero success rate at spell casting and lack of any elemental affinities, a nickname acquired even before the first episode. Louise is lonely in school, as her family rival for centuries Kirche Zerbst bully her every opportunity she finds as well as other students tormenting her, but despite that fact, she endures strongly and pursues her improvement constantly to prove that she is not a Zero Louise.

Her poor magical ability is due to her dot alignment to void magic, a branch of magic which only four people can currently use, with the the last known user before them being from millenia ago, because of the branch's rarity the Academy does not have the ability to properly train Louise in it's use unlike other students who can learn of their magics from teachers who share their alignments. Void magic itself seems to be mostly capable of only destruction, any attempts to use it for anything else will result in an explosion. She has been known however to be able to do relatively simple spells, but use of her void magic requires a certain amount of time to build up before use.

She is very fond of her elder sister Cattleya de la Vallière, which she looks up to, but fears her oldest sister Eleanor, who is strict and always tells her to drop magic and get married to a fine Noble.
As for her relationship with her familiar, Saito, she literally treats him like a dog, as she hates him and is ashamed of him at first. She thinks of him as a failure of her magical aptitude. Every chance she gets, she punishes him when he disobeys, but as the story develops, she starts realizing that she cares about him not only as a familiar bounded to protect and be protected, but she starts to develop feelings for him. The more her feelings develop, the more she gets jealous of other girls and want to spend more time with him, she can also get jealous when faced with girl's more developed then her, which includes almost every girl she meets.
As a Noble, Louise defends her honor as a benevolent and "superior" person, like other Nobles. She states that is her responsibility as a noble, to make sure her highness the princess is safe and that her familiar's well being. Louise is a very stubborn girl. But, as Henrietta mentions, her heart is pure. Louise is also very persistent.

Louise died during a war between Tristain and Albion. The army was not strong enough to take down the millions of men that was heading towards her territory. Saitos was willing to fight by her side but Louise did not approve of it. Worried about Saitos and her friends safety she sneaked off into the battle on her own and fought against the army alone. She used her void magic to take down all the men, in cost she ended up using her life in order to save the person she loved and the people she cared of.

Well.. 10 days have gone by since Tystra last mentioned he would judge this RPC. But I think he's busy so I, Zoro, will commence in judging this RPC.

Hm.. to start try to put something in for the type. Whether it be long-ranged magic, reiatsu, or something. Just so we have a full understanding of the type you are going for. I'm actually a bit interested in this one because I don't believe anyone with a wand has shown up in a while, or even at all.

Shikai release phrase, try to put something there, even if it's just the name of your Zanpakuto.

Shikai ability, seems good. A bit of a grammar nazi so please just change wear to "where"

Shikai attack 1, a half mile is a little bit more than 500ft. That is too much, reduce that by a great deal, maybe 100ft at max.

Shikai attack 2, I like it, just add how many illusion clones of herself she can make.

Shikai attack 3, is not needed... you can simply combine attack 1 and 2 to create this, and I'd highly recommend it as well. If I would suggest something, why not make it so that you can use Kido spells without calling their names. Like the names of the spells appear in your book and you can use them instantly from there?

Bankai form, looks exactly like Shikai form.. try to add a different picture or make it so it can be distinguished from your Shikai

Bankai attack 1, Please go into more detail, how it looks like, what properties it has. I'm kind of lost at what it is supposed to do...

As a soldier, please keep in mind that you are limited to the amount of abilities that you can use. A soldier is only allowed up to two Shikai abilities and no Bankai abilities at this time. So just cross them out and when you get to the appropriate rank, take out the strikes. Get back to me when you are finished
