The head captain is the only one who knows the way to the hidden room that is hidden beyond all the tunnels and paths. In the room itself is a magical location where water seems to manifest into a special pool that looks to have been carved very smoothly. There are large candles of stone that have a strange light always coming off of them that barely escape the room. Around the small pool there are smooth and naturally clean cups of stone known to be used for drinking from the mystical water. In the middle of the pool there is a beam that goes just barely over the water with a strange crystal resting on it that gives the room a strange aura.
This room is viewed to have markings of the ancients back when zanpakuto had much deeper routed power and their true powers all unlocked. It is in here that Gojiro learned to unlock his zanpakuto further, both in Shikai, and in Bankai. This room holds a special power to it, and the Captain needs to be with you in order for the squad ability to be gained.

 "Why is it that someone like me became a captain..."XXRank | CaptainSquad | OneXxXChess Pieces | Queen & PawnXXXXiName | Gojiro KiryuXXXXXXXXXXXXiSong | My Train of Thoughts  Holding calm, relaxed, and with a lazy look on his eyes, Gojiro awaited for one of his squad members to arrive. Today was the day he would be giving out the ancient training deep within the cave he sits outside of. Funny how old this place was, but held a magic about it that many would view to be new, and great. The ways of the old often seem weak, out dated, in most cases this can be true, but in acts of battle they can very well be much greater than what is around during the present.
With a breath he looked at the entrance, with a large stone door keeping it closed, it was locked many thousands of years ago to keep people away from the ancient power, the stone deep within it. But if one were to get beyond the door they would have to deal with many many different passages that plays as a nearly endless maze, where one can literally pass the pool of the ancients and not even know it. Kiryu found the way some time ago, and now is the only one whom really knows the way to it, well him an an old teacher that originally had shown him the way, but this teacher had gotten another gift from the pool before vanishing completely from Seireitei and into the Royal guard against his will.

 Akira walked his way to were his captain was hoping that this training would be able to make him stronger the he currently is allowing him to achieve a certain goal that he was aiming for. After becoming impatient he started to dash and shortly arrived in front of gojiro "Sorry if I made you wait but I was a little ways away"

The soldier spoke and this only gave Kiryu a moment to yawn, showing how tired he was. The man was perfectly lazy, and not one whom seemed fit for a captain's seat, let alone being the Head Captain over Seireitei. None the less the man was in a seat of great power and responsibility.
Looking over to the entrance, with a nearly impenetrable door of stone, the Captain placed his hand on the dead center of the stone. With careful concentration his reiatsu began to flow heavily off of his body as the air became dense and what appeared to be white lines shooting down from around them. After a moment the lines all changed course and the gravity no longer seemed to be pulling down, but instead pulling towards the door. With a turn of his hand like a key in a lock, and what appeared to be the man speaking in some strange language, the door made a clicking noise.
Almost as soon as the nose had stopped the door began to move, dust and dirt came from door as it looked to slide back, the air quickly refreshing itself from inside the cave. The door itself began to look as if it were spreading apart, actually moving inside of itself from the center towards the edge. In only seconds the door was practically gone, leaving only the edges and a large hole to walk through. The tall Captain of around seven feet or so moved in a head.
"Stay close, this place is a maze like no other, most of the time it will lead you back to the entrance, if you can get beyond the door on your own that is, and if you are truly unlucky it will lead you to a trap where you will be stuck at until you die. I know, it almost happened to me, but luckily my teacher at the time saved me, he kind of used a power to make me fall in a garganta like object. Any how if you stick with me we will be at the pool of the ancients in no time, and you will have unlocked your next step in your zanpakuto in one go. This also means that unlike those trained in other fields in the other squads, your shikai will have more moved, more attacks in a sense, and if you master your shikai you will attain a forbidden ability of it, well, made forbidden many many thousands of years ago, with no reason as to why in any field of knowledge." The captain rambled on as he moved through tunnel after tunnel, as if not paying attention to which turn he takes into a new set of tunnels. The man was strange, talkative, and he kept yawning through some of his words.

Akira ran after his captain "Really so when we get to the pool of the ancients then I'll be able to use an extra attack with my shikai" he followed his captain tunnel after tunnel wondering if he actually knew where he was going or wondering if he was going to fall in a trap

With a breath however the captain stopped for a moment to look at his subordinate.
"Actually you will be drinking from a special pool, and then you will be battling your zanpakuto in your inner world. You will be defeating it for the right to call upon your forbidden abilities from the blade. Of course because you have not mastered shikai, this will give you the next step in your shikai, but once you master shikai you will also attain it's forbidden ability. Once you attain bankai, you will also gain the secondary attack for it, and when you master bankai, you will get a great and powerful attack from it. In a real battle I haven't even used my final attack yet. In all truth I had to travel to hueco mundo just to use it safely." Gojiro said as he continued to walk further again. The man's eyes seemed to be closed as he walked, following something invisible to the eye, and perhaps even to the ability to sense and target reiatsu. His walk held an image of laziness, or lack of energy, but he still kept on. Before long he had stopped again, and looked over to his right at a wall, just like any other wall they could have passed by, except this one seemed to have a more rough look to it compared to the rest of the walls of this cave, which wasn't saying much. However, Gojiro walked right through it, only to stick his head out of the wall and looked towards Akira.
"Come on Akira-san, don't let the illusion of the ancients fool you." Gojiro said as he began to walk down a path of the cave that looked to be cut and made smoother, and even having more stones on the floor, symbols located all over them. But as Head Captain Kiryu stepped on them, the symbols began to have a white glow go into them, and a very intense feel of reiatsu filled the small location of the stepping stones. Gojiro didn't stop though, not until he came into a nicely sized room with a stone placed on a platform just above a small pool of water that had a very intense feel about it, an old feel, a powerful feel. This was in fact the artifact hidden away by the shinigami of the ancient times, but how it was found would be one of curiosity, and how Kiryu knows how to unlock it would be even more curious, but his mysterious teacher would be the true subject of getting to know all these question.
"Akira-san, take this bowl and fill it with water, drink it all and begin to meditate on your zanpakuto, I will begin the preparations." Gojiro said as he looked over to a set of bowls used to drink the water, while he began to look to the three pillars that always have a flame about them. The first one he took hold of firmly in his hand as a deep amount of his energy began to pour into the first pillar. Slowly he walked over to the second, and then the third, preforming the same action, his face looking only that much more tired.
The flames on the pillars began to act up and spark out more and more following this action, with what appeared to be small beams of light shooting at one another to create a triangle.

Walked walked through the wall the his captain stuck his head out of then down the hall until he saw the yellow triangle "You seem to have forgotten something I'm your officer not a soldier... fighting with my zanpakuto I haven't done that in a great while" walking over to where the bowl was and picked it up and walked over to the pool and completely submerged to bowl then lifted it out of the water and started to drink it until it was all gone and took his zanpakuto out of his sash then looked at gojiro "Do I need to sit in a certain area"

He kept his eyes on his Officer, and smiled to him as he shook his head no to his question.
"No, sitting anywhere is fine. Just make sure you concentrate on your zanpakuto, and remember, it will try and kill you to keep you from it's greatest shikai attack." Gojiro said as he took a seat, and the beams created by the pillars, shot one right at Gojiro's hand, filling up the circle he created. With a breath the man looked at the water as it began to glow like the top of the pillars, followed by the crystal in the middle of the pool. Kiryu then began to face his hands at the crystal, shooting the beam being placed on his hands at the crystal, only for it to begin to glow an extremely bright light. This was not the creation of power, the key to unlock the chance to gain a new power, a further power, an ancient power.
Looking to his Officer, Akira, Gojiro began to smile as the crystal shot a beam out toward the Officer, thus creating a greater chance for him to reach his fourth shikai ability.

Akira sat down right were he was standing and put his zanpakuto in his lap then started to concentrate and after a couple of minutes his zanpakuto started to shimmer and shine, then a explosion of reiatsu formed around it as steam started coming up from the pool he was sitting near and covered him completely, Akira got up and walked out of the steam and was covered from head to foot in wounds and was breathing deeply and looked at Gojiro "well that was much more interesting then I thought it was going to be but I can see why they made things like these forbidden I can feel the power flowing through me now if you'll excuse me.... I... need... to get.... to squad 4... Captain" he said as he passed out and fell face first on the floor from the wounds

"Why is it that someone like me became a captain..."XXRank | CaptainSquad | OneXxXChess Pieces | Queen & PawnXXXXiName | Gojiro KiryuXXXXXXXXXXXXiSong | My Train of Thoughts Moving his hands, after minutes of waiting for his Officer to come out of his trance, Kiryu then opened his eyes to see that Akira had actually gotten injured. Indeed he held promise, and his new tapped strength within his zanpakuto already became superior to most captain's when entering shikai because of his now fourth attack. And as expected he was very much injured, but most people, like Gojiro had been, do come out covered in scratches and wounds. This pool does more than help unlock ones chance to attain a new shikai ability, and if at proper rank, a new bankai ability.
After listening to him talk about needing to go to squad four, Gojiro only smiled as he walked up to his Offier, taking him by the arm, and with a large amount of shunpos they were outside of the cave, the door closing behind them. The captain then began to point in the direction of squad four and smiled lightly to Akira.
"Go get healed up, you have much more power now." Gojiro said with a kind laugh as he shunpoed out of the area silently and with great power behind it.

Akira was on the ground for a while before becoming conscious and weakly got to his feet and grabbed his zanapkuto and slowly walked his way to squad 4 [Exit to squad 4 hospital]
