To join this squad there are a few requirements that I would like you to meet before you are permitted to join. Please fill out the following form and once I look over it I will give you the rank I believe you should have. Keep in mind though, that almost always I have people start out as soldier's within my squad.

What does your Zanpakuto control: Sleep? the Zanpakuto has more control over my character then soy has over it.
