Ability
Squad 13 members are able to call forth their zanpakuto spirit or the spirit/being they represent to fight for them.
Side Effects
With the Tamakai system being used, you do have a choice as to what you wish to do. If you wish you can use the boosts that the Takamkai system gives or you may use my system which is as follows.
While you zanpakuto's spirit or the spirit/being you represent is out, you are unable to attack. You must rely completely on your zanpakuto or that spirit to protect you from harm until they either return to the sword of their own accord or you return them to the sword.
A Note From Ichirou Hibiki
Because of this squads ability, i am allowing any person of this squad to use the Tamakai ability without the training. This basically means, while all others who wish to use Tamakai will need to have training, anyone within this squad wont need the training.
