Who would win? Tony Stark(Iron Man) or Norman Osborn(Iron Patriot)?

I say Tony hands down.
I dont care what Norman has up his sleeves he cant beat Tony.
Even if he did beat Tony, Tony would come back with a better suit and kick his a** later.

I would say a draw between the two because
1. Norman and Tony both have the same armor ( I think correct me if i am wrong.)

I think that Tony would win. He has more skill in a suit like that.

Well not only does Tony have more skill, he still has his sanity. As Osborn contuned to be the Iron Patriot, his mind began to regress back to that of the megolomanical Green Goblin. This made his skills in the armor degrade. And the armor that Norman wore is not Stark tech (though it looks an awful lot like the IM armor) it was built by him using leaked designs but its not certain where they came from as I believe Tony tried to use a negator pack on Osborn's suit and it didnt work.
The Iron patriot armor is weaker than that of Iron man for a few different reasons, one being the chest beam. Ironman uses a regular pentabeam (pentagon) in the armor that defeats Osborn. The iron patriot uses a unibeam (round) which is covered by that star which significantly weakens the blast.
Another reason its weaker is the composition of the suit. Iron man's suit is comprised of secret alloys that make it one of the stronger materials on the planet. Osborne i believe was using an alloy of his design. I'm not sure how tough this material would be but Osborn deemed it worthy to fly around in., so it must be tough.
Each armor has its own unique weapons that make it formidable, but I'll still go with the master here. Winner: Tony Stark Aka Ironman!

This battle already happened in the comics and Norman whooped Stark without even breaking a sweat. Norman is better because not only is he more cunning and smarter, but he also doesn't mind getting his hands dirty unlike Stark whose a alcoholic bum. Yeah you can look at suit compositions but suits don't make the person. Stark was severely beaten by Captain America whose just one guy and a durable shield. Plus if Tony was so smart then how come people can always find counter measures to his armor and lock it down? If he was so smart he would know how to fix it.

...that was a little harsh, don't you think? Cap cheated when he beat Tony, he had to short circuit his armor, otherwise Tony completely had him down. Also, Tony hasn't been drunk in years. Just saying.

Is it cheating or just being smart? Plus Tony Stark got drunk just a few issues ago in front of Odin. Stark is a bum. I like his brother better in the 1610 universe. At least his brother actually knows how to do business and not sum irritable drunk.
