'Cause the thread isn't making itself and planning ahead always saves more trouble than shotgunning it. (I swear, I'm not Pinkie Pie.)
So we tested the role playing waters of Halloween. For the most part, not many Gaians stuck around or spammed the living hell out of the previous contest thread. Of course, then again, post spamming was part of the event. . Seeing as that's how you got energy to participate in the event itself. >w>
In any case, let's get down to business. To defeat. . . The HUNS!
So instead of piling on the roleplays, why don't we just have a simple hang out thread for Xmas? We can always spread the love word of Stein by Anon gifting as "Santa Stein" or some other crazy Anon persona (Sex Freezer Anon?).
With the hang out idea being the starting point, I guess we can get the ball rolling as to what we want to do for Xmas 2k11.
So far the ideas are:
- Hold a raffle with a prize pool.
- Hold a series of raffles with the same prize pool.
- Hold mini games with a prize pool.
- Anon gift people to spread Stein's gorgeous a** word of existance.
- Have a secret santa within the guild and keep the event thread separate as a hangout.
Suggestions? Thoughts? Ways to make Xmas on Gaia awesome?

For the raffle, you think we should start pooling into the mule earlier or later? Or do you want people to have a raffle ticket fee thing?
An alternative is to have people enter mini contests for a raffle ticket to the grand prize. @w@

I do like the anon gifting. Getting the little gifts, and awesome anon messages can really make people happy.
I have over a hundred of those damn hair pins from valentine's day, do you think people would hate me if I gave them out in messages? ;D
I like the idea of people paying a little for a raffle ticket, but it is so hard to see how something will work until after the fact ><

Anon gifting is always something I enjoy doing. I like seeing people's reactions to getting crazy letters from Loyal or really sweet ones from Cordis. xD It's funny.
Mmm. I like the idea of a simple hang-out thread, littered with little contests and junk. After Piehard and the Halloween event, I think we need a break. xD

Hey hey hey hey hey guys hey guys GUYS, will there be mistletoe cuz we should have that someplace or gift it or someth- I JUST GOT A REALLY GOOD IDEA FOR AN ANON GIFTER PERSONA. Time to start saving gold x.x
But yea I like all of the ideas in the poll, I'm always really active during the Christmas events too because I get to bug people with holiday cheer and junk. But I'm having an issue..AND THAT'S PUTTING AN OUTFIT TOGETHER FOR MY AVATAR x.x
