1. Each member of this guild "create a new thread" and entitle that thread "(insert member name here)'s Harvest Haven bank account".

2. Then type in your starting balance.

Example: Sonic's starting funds - 1000g

3. Whenever you buy something, you subtract from your funds like this:

Sonic bought 1 lemon tree for 150g.
Sonic's current funds 850g.

4. Whenever you ship something, you add to your funds like this:

Sonic shipped 5 lemons at 41g per lemon. (41 x 5 = 205)
Sonic adds 205g to account.
Sonic's current funds are 1055g.
