looking for crystals thats safe to consume, so ive found a list of crystals that cotain heavy metals. looking for people who know more about trace minerals

I suggest you do try some for yourself. After all, salt is a consumable crystal known as sodiumchloride.

You let the crystals soak in liquid then take them out and drink. Crystals in general don't digest so it would be bad toxic or not lol.
I arrange mine in a grid by my bed. They are good for bringing you positive energy, lucid dreams and astral projection. You can also try placing them on your different chakara points while you meditate It helps.
Just make sure to charge them regularly as they act like batteries. There are various methods to charge them just google it for your desired purpose.
