Two, his name is "Sonic" for a reason. He can hit the speed of sound, maybe a little faster.

Actually, that's exactly it. His name is Sonic because he can hit the speed of sound. His Hyper Sonic mode is... well... hyper-sonic speed.

Unfortunately for Imperfect, still nowhere near the speed of light.
