Hey guys! I live in Canada, New Brunswick to be exact, and we're one of the best places in the world to find salmon and trout! Anyway, there's a brook behind my house which contains lots and lots of wild brook trout. I was thinking about catching a baby and raising, then decide to keep it or release it back to the wild. Does anybody have an knowledge on trout though? Like would they do better in a pond or a tank, heated or not heated, what they eat, living conditions, ect..? blaugh

A quick google search tells me they do best in a pond, when its cooler (I don't think year-round would a problem in Canada, though).
Heres a link that might help you smile
