Here you can locate how to report someone and who to. For now, the guild part is the only one up [it's the last post]. Basically, if you see someone trolling, being overly offenensive, posting up threads in the wrong forum, spamming where it doesn't belong, and/or breaking the ToS, you need to let someone know.

For now, if you have a complaint against someone in the guild, PM Guild Daemon with the following information:
Person you're filing against:
Reason:
Proof:
Eventually I may go in more depth, but for now, that form will have to do.
