I just don't think we should always give criminals benifit of the doubt and harsher punishments are needed... yes to my personal believe it is constituional as they broke the law.... let me ask you this, would you want someone who raped your little child to have the same rights as you?

If i has a little child, i would be worried about why the mother was... But, does that only include those who are old and rape young girls? If i am 18, and then have sex with my girlfriend who is 15 (this is not the case, as we are both truly 17), then, according to this law, i fall under it's restrictions... Is that right? While yes, there are some repeat offenders, most rapes are by family members, and very few sex offenders repeat Also, this doesnt stop them from entering/being near the school, just, they can not live there

A) Most rapes are when for example the little girl is walking home, often times kidnapping by a man that has been working at the house. Granted there are alot... alot of horrible parents but still its not always there fault.
B) I see what you are saying and I have to agree with the law. even though it is an inconvience to someone that may be 17 heck even 16 it is to protect the children that are 12 and younger who get a psycological attachment to there rapist.
C) Why would she rat you out?
D) It is reported that 1/2 offenders will rape again

If we were to make laws more harsh for sex offenders like a three strikes and you die lae, then you would scare most of these sex offenders into extinction.

They have that in NY and it sucks though not die its life in prison and is for any crime. Thats why many people do horrible things and scream, First Offense to the cops.

They also have it in California... However, the third strike doesnt have to be a felony, it could be stealing a loaf of bread to feed your family...
Most sex offenders dont mean to, they can not help it.. it is a mental illness, and if treated, curable

One example... 9/11 though we use this often this fits it perfectly, in the middle east we didn't really care much for car bombings, though when it hit us, we woke up and saw the real picture. Therefore we need to wake up before it effects us.

I never said arresting them was bad... What i am saying, is that we should not continue to punish them after they get out of jail

Speaking as a Canadian, I believe that all convicted sex offenders should have jail time, and of course, the death penalty is necessary in Canada. Also, sex offenders' info should be posted on the web for all to be aware of

Also, sex offenders' info should be posted on the web for all to be aware of Go Canada! Just to make sure, what does one need to do to get the death penalty for a sexual offense in Canada?
