I LOVE to bake! smile Once I saw baking in the description I was like "oh yeah , I gotta join! " Right now I'm on a qjuest to try every single boxed brownie mix I can get my hands on. I usually like to bake from scratch- and I will but I'm going to sampling for awhile..until I've tried every kind in the store. n_n

Usually I make my brownies from scratch, since I found this amazing recipe online that I fell in love with. Sometimes though, if I'm feeling lazy or if I'm baking something for church or another type of group setting where I need to bring a dessert, I'll use a boxed mix. The two boxed mixes I've found to be the best are the Aldi's brand (surprisingly), followed closely by Pilsbury. (I think...unless I'm thinking of a different brownie mix. But Aldi's for sure, they're the fudgiest, most delicious brownie mix I've ever had.)

I can't do it from scratch often, mostly because it get kinda expensive and I'm poor. And right now the element in our oven is broken, so I can only bake in out little toaster oven. Which takes forever, by the way. gonk

I love baking too!

I usually make brownies from a really old recipe I got when I was nine, they're really gooey and tasty! Although more recently I've been experimenting with different things to do with brownies. Brownie based vanilla cheesecake was a huge hit (and ended in offers of marriage). Next I've found some recipes for mincemeat brownies and raspberry brownies that I wasnt to try.
