Master Yi for me.
He may be countered hard, but damn is he fun to play. Especially when fed.
I also like Nunu, Ryze, and Poppy as well.
Nunu because his kit is all around nice, Ryze because of his playstyle, and Poppy because of her ability to just down right destroy people with her charge and hammer burst (despite her lousy farming).

I also like Nunu, Ryze, and Poppy as well.

Dang it! I forgot Nunu and Annie. I'm surprised no one picked Ashe, I see her being played all the time.

For me, Garen. I Love using Tanks, or Semi-Tanks.
Item : Doran's Blade (starting), Ninja Tabi, Warmog's, Sunfire, TM, Bulwark, Frozen Mallet. Pure Tank ITem. Haha

Ryze,
His burst is really strong and he has a strong lock down cc from his snare, Deals heavy burst damage by building mana items which make him extremely tanky.
He's basically one of the best AP carries in the game.

Personally I like Kayle. Ap Kayle can just burst people down so quickly or just do so much dps for the teamfights. Let alone her ult can be game changing. I also once got an unofficial pentakill as Kayle in an aram. Love her.

Ashe. She was my first and previous main. And if you get a hold on her ult. Man, she can just be deadly. Got a double kill across the map with that baby a few times.
