1: PRAYER, you must always remember HaShem is in charge! If it aint kosher by him, you will fail.
2: KEEP IT BIBLICAL, getting reform should be based on asserting biblical doctrines and not allowing traditions that conflict with scripture to cause silly reasons for strife.
3: BE ASSERTIVE OF YOUR IDENTITY, Romans 11 teaches us that Gentiles who join into Messiah are joined into Israel and no longer considered Gentile. Do not teach that if you are from the church background you are still a Gentile. There is NO Church and Israel; but just one body in Messiah that is the COMMONWEALTH of ISRAEL. Ezekiel 37 states that The House of Judah and the House of Ephrayim with his companions will be united. This is not replacement theology, this is INCLUDEMENT theology where EVERYONE is accepted as one body.
Do not slander Brethren who teach this SCRIPTURAL teaching "a doctrine of demons". We know the Bible is not demonic, only those who say this believe in Jewish Supremacy which is anti scriptural; same applies to any kind of supremacy. If Messianic Judaism is to survive we need stop acting Jewish and instead BE Jewish by not apologizing and looking over our shoulders to try to impress other sects of Judaism or secretly try proselytize Jews .
Yeshua is the Truth and Passion for our Judaism, because Jews are part of Israel and the Good News is for the Jew first there is no need to proselytize like most Christian groups do. We are not selling Churchanity( a new religion) but we are advertising the CONTINUATION of their all ready existing faith in the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob through the Messiah .
If you are Jewish, you stay Jewish. If you are from the rebellious church and want to keep Torah, you can be Jewish if it is your choice so. It's as simple as that and it's time groups like MJAA and UMJC recognize that instead of shunning out Ruach filled people out of trying to act Jewish, prevent "flock stealing" or to create supremacy.
4. DON'T OPENLY CHALLENGE LEADERS OR PLOT IN SECRET TO GET THINGS STARTED: Reform will start when you talk peacefully with the Leaders to reprove them in PRIVATE. Also Middrash with Brothers privately so found out what is the Congregation's real views and concerns are instead of what's written in flawed by-laws claiming what they believe. Following HaShem and the Scriptures are more important than appeasing outdated Alliances that are wrong on some issues.
5: WHERE'S THE LOVE?: Loving your Brothers is very important, no one will accept reform or growth if people are feeling they are being attacked. Besides slanderous works like the "Eprhamite Error", many Main Stream Messianic are resistant to change because of the Torah Terrorism by some Believers and the growing numbers of converts and cross overs to Messianic/Hebrew Roots who don't know how to love one another in a Jewish manner. While yes we have people who believe in replacement theology, that's not all of us so don't judge us on slander caused by misunderstanding of beliefs or the small number of radicals. It's time for us to LOVE one another regardless of background; Jewish or Non Jewish.
