What would you say the key scriptures are for witnessing to someone?

Hello my friend.
I believe that the answers to your questions are to be found in a post by the
Woodlyn Fairee
called "Where To Find It In The Bible"
and can be found there on the front page of the main guild floor page near to the bottom of said page.
God bless and have a good thanksgiving day.

There are prime examples of what to say to people when witnessing through out this guild if you look in the right places.
But with every situation things are different and therefore what to say is different.
The main thing is that you let the Holy Spirit guide you in what to say and when to say it as the Spirit directs you too. Plus knowing "Where to find it in the Bible" is also a great help for beginers who want to share Jesus with others. It lets you have some great examples of what to read and as I said use as the Holy Spirit directs you to do so.
May the Lord bless you and yours always!

I'd have to agree with this, and Woodlyn's post. But the main thing that I've found over the years, and especially while I've been out this past several months, is that a good percentage of witnessing is living by example - if you can't walk the Walk, don't talk the Talk. lol

THANK YOU ALL!!!

A long time ago my old Pastor had us mark in our Bibles the key scriptures to witnessing. At the time I did not like marking my Bible so I had it down on paper and lost the paper.

If there isn't already a post on "the keys to witnessing.", I will do my best to put something together for you as well as others to use when you do go out and witness. But remember this my friend. Your mission field is right out your own door to the neighbors around you and where you go shopping or wherever you go to daily. Plus the Holy Spirit will open the door for you when it is time to talk, witness and share a testimony or scripture.
So many people ask God what is it that he has saved them from in their lives to do for Him and the most simple answer is to have the type of relationship and walk with Him that He desires to have with you on a daily basis and to keep the 'Great Commission' that He bestoad on you when you were saved.
May the Lord keep His loving and protective arms around you and your's always my friend.
The Hawk.
