Are your runes standard? or what?
maybe that's the reason why you can't get out of bronze, since I got from unranked to gold in just a week. If your runes are the problem then maybe I could give you the standard list, or if your teammates are the problem, then all you have to do is farm and don't get caught, play safe, CS better, and take opportunities, trust less on your teammates though, and don't expect them to do what you expect them to do... Bronze League is hell.

Well, one way to prevent that from happening is try to abuse the best champion that you could use in-game, that way you're comfortable and you know your limits, I happen to stumble upon bad teammates but there's a possibility that you can carry them by doing your best in your lane, and try to give them help if possible, take objectives if possible, try to talk to them/force them to listen to your plans/calls
