Lex Corp
Originally organized as an aerospace engineering firm, LexCorp has become one of the world's largest, most diversified multinational corporations. Under the astute - some would say, ruthless - management of its founder, Lex Luthor, LexCorp grew and prospered, absorbing scores of smaller businesses. While still in its original offices on the top floor of Metropolis' famed Daily Planet building, LexCorp made its first acquisitions of two then-struggling airlines, Inter-Continental Airlines and Atlantic Coast Air Systems (since renamed LexAir). As LexCorp subsidiaries, the airlines began to prosper. And when rising profits were threatened by fuel shortages, LexCorp bought out Southwestern Petroleum, now known as LexOil. In addition to its many properties in the greater Metropolis area, LexCorp has domestic holdings in Los Angeles, Denver, Houston, New Orleans, Chicago, Gotham City, and Boston. LexCorp currently maintains financial institutions, research facilities, refineries, and/or manufacturing plants in a score of countries, including Australia, Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, France, the Union of South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Singapore, and the free market of Hong Kong. Competitors include Wayne Enterprises, Kord Industries, Queen Industries, and S.T.A.R. Labs.

Allies: Who? Enemies: Who? Saving: Who?
Ian kept a gentle grip on Anya's hand as they made their way through the city. He made sure she was okay every now and then but mainly kept his focus on avoiding aerial hazards such as buildings, or birds. Eventually though the two of them made it to Ian's chosen destination and slowly but surely; Ian set Anya down on the giant white L-Shape top of the Lexcorp building.
After making sure that Anya was okay, Ian himself landed on the white glistening surface and smiled towards the Blue Lantern before speaking. It was hard to know what to say really. He could quiz her. He could ask her all the boring questions about who gave her her ring and what not but then again she'd already told him her name. Maybe it was time for him to repay the favour, tell her what she wanted to know? He stepped forward and sighed. He couldn't tell her his name. That was a stupid idea but he could offer up any other information she might want. Like something about Morgan. it wasn't too obvious but the two of them obviously knew one and other, Morgan had acted far too odd around this girl for her to just be some random Blue Lantern.
He almost looked hurt. But that would come later. Right now, it was up to him to make the Blue Lantern feel at ease. "Are you alright?" he asked "Before we start getting into it, is there anything you want to say and ask? I have a lot of questions for you but you probably have the same amount for me, right? So, ladies first."

Everything rides on Hope now. Anya held onto Ian's hand, while in the air. Her grip tightened when they passed a flock of birds. The poor things looked more frightened than she felt. She wasn't really frightened, just uneasy.
Anya felt her feet touch a stable surface, beneath her and she decided that, now, it was safe to look down. She felt air surge through her lungs and wondered how long she had been holding it. The blue aura faded, from around her as she watched Ian land on the white surface.
He smiled at her and she could see the questions and what seemed to be a battle of what to say. He asked her if she was okay. She nodded.
"I wonder if I will ever get used to flying," she said with a small chuckle, as she tried to laugh off her nervousness. Questions, questions, there were so many questions. What could she possibly ask? What did she want to know?
Morgan was alright, that was enough. But, what happened to this Green Lantern that she needed to purge him of rage? Anya decided that it was best not to ask about that. The deed was done, whatever it was, had left. She was an EMT, she didn't usually have questions for those she helped, after they were well.
Anya let her feet soak in the safety of the rooftop. "I'm sorry, Green Lantern," she said, respecting that his name was a secret. "I can't think of any questions, at the moment. You sparked my interest when you said you wanted to speak with me. I only wonder what you want to say."

Allies: Anya, the Blue Lantern Enemies: Who? Saving: Who?
The Green Lantern ran a hand through his hair. If she had nothing to ask or say it was better for him to just come out with the whole lot of obvious questions; When did you get your ring? How was Odym? Is Saint Walker really like they say he is? There was all sorts of different things that Ian really wanted to ask Anya but every time he tried, the question caught in his throat. It was like they weren't the right question to be asking. Almost as if there was something he genuinely had to say or ask before he could get to any of that other stuff. It was frustrating, especially considering Ian was curious as to how Anya knew Morgan or if she even knew him but still, no words would escape his mouth.
That was until he knew exactly what to say...
"How're you holding up?" Ian finally managed "I only ask because I know what it's like, y'know? The whole intergalatic piece of jewellery coming out of nowhere and snatching you up. It's an awful lot of pressure, a heavy burden, so part of me wanted to check you were doing okay. I mean, I know you must be a good guy and a strong person if you were able to be inducted into the Blue Lantern Corps but appearances can be deceiving, right?" He stopped and slung his hands into his pockets slightly nervous and awkward.

Everything rides on Hope now. Anya smiled and glanced at her ring when Ian mentioned it. "I'm holding up, alright," she said. "I had a difficult time explaining to my boss, why I had disappeared for a couple weeks. I do admit that the process was a bit frightening and I worried that...Well, I worried that friends would be searching for me," she said, thinking of Morgan. She thought of all the late nights she had while he was gone. She wasn't partying, she wasn't the party kind of girl. She had looked all over the place, made reports, questioned people. She had driven all over the place, to all of Morgan's possible hang outs. She had worried that he came back and she wasn't there...
Anya's eyes turned to the sky, almost expecting to see Morgan there. She wondered if she should say anything more about the woman behind the mask. Would he even care? What did he want to know?
"I find it difficult to separate Blue Lantern from, well my personal life," Anya admitted. Other than getting her EMT job back, that had been the most difficult part. That and flying. Although, she didn't have much of a personal life. Not with Morgan gone. That reminded her, she was still very cross with him.
"It is all still very new to me," she didn't want to say that today was the first time she put on the mask since her return. But, it was the first time she put on the mask since she returned. That meant, she was unsure about her abilities. Without the guidance of other Lanterns, she did feel a bit lost. Where did they go? Where had Morgan been? She had her answers to one question.
There were more questions. There were always more questions. She had so many, herself, but didn't know where to start. She offered Ian another smile and waited, patiently, for the next round of double Jeopardy.

I'm glad you're okay." Ian replied, also turning towards the sky to see what Anya might be looking at. "The whole separation thing is a hard thing to do, I can relate but I suppose people like Morgan are lucky. Especially now. He doesn't need to keep each part of himself in either hand; not like us." Ian smiled back towards the Blue Lantern and shrugged. In the long run, he was still pretty much an amateur at this too. He may have been talking a big game but he had no real idea how he even managed it some days but he did and he just had to be grateful for that.
But now it was time to try and talk about the hard hitting stuff, the stuf that could get him in trouble with more than one person if it went wrong but it had to be done. It was only a matter of time before Ian had to bring up Morgan and the only decent time to bring that up was now. Anya's concern about whether or not her friends looked for her was the perfect opportunity and maybe if he played it cool and acted as if he already knew she'd give the game away. But he had to have his suspicions confirmed. It could come in handy.
"Do you think he looked for you?" Ian finally asked. "Morgan, I mean." O.O.C ~

Everything rides on Hope now. Anya's smile faded at the mention of Morgan and the question of whether or not she thought that he looked for her. She really wanted to hit Morgan. A slap across the face...or a punch. Either way, she wanted to hit him and hit him hard. She wanted to read him the motherly friendship rights that he had so often heard, from her before.
But his sudden disappearance was much worse, for her, this time. It had been weeks. Did he even know how much coffee that was?
"No," she said quietly. "He didn't look for me because I was looking for him when the ring came to me." She swore under her breath. "He had no idea that I was chosen, too. But it is good to know that he was safe, even in the aftermath."
That much was apparent. The way he looked at her, before she spoke. Then, the way he looked at her and took off after he realized who she was. The woman behind the mask was his best friend. He had denied her in front of the press. She would slap him for that too. She wasn't a woman of violence but she had worried so much. Worried and hoped. It was hope that had brought her the ring. At least Morgan had been safe. At least it wasn't him in any of the body bags that she saw while he was gone.

Allies: Anya, the Blue Lantern Enemies: Who? Saving: Who?
Hearing Anya's story did give Ian food for thought, he looked out over Metropolis turning the situation over in his head and recalling what he'd learned about the Blue Lantern Corps whilst on Oa. From what he had read, their means of recruitment were very different from the Green Lantern Corps; there was almost a personal touch to it. It wan't like with Ian where a Green Ring had just came from outer-space or wherever it had been beforehand and plucked him from his car. "It must have been the amount of Hope you had that you'd find Morgan alive," Ian said thinking out loud "I bet everyone else gave up but you. You hoped to find Morgan so much that you attracted one of your brothers or sisters to you and they handed you a ring. That's how it works right?" Ian asked turning towards Anya for a second "The previously selected Blue Lantern gives you a ring and takes you to Odym?"
Thinking about the possibility that Anya was picked up by someone and instantly accepted into her group made Ian, in truth, quite jealous. It had taken him a while to fit in with his own Corps. They made up excuses as to why he couldn't take on active duty, wouldn't sit with him and even pummelled him into the ground in training hoping to make him quit. but he never did. Why? Why hadn't Ian quit? He didn't even know himself because any one else exposed to such torture would have. He just endured, apparently accepting his higher calling and eventually gave them no reason to exclude him.
It actually made Ian quite proud now that he thought about it but he had to get back to the task at hand. Now more than ever the Lanterns were going to have to stick together whether the Guardians liked it or not. Ian could feel that something wicked was coming their way and in order to try and stop it, they needed everyone with a power ring that wasn't willing to enslave Earth on the same page. Including Morgan. Ian smiled as he lit up his aura and began to float off of the building. It was time to go.
But not before Ian did something.
"By the way," Ian chuckled, gaining altitude and beckoning Anya to join him in the sky "My name's Ian. You seem trustworthy and it's not like Morgan's not going to tell you if you two are as close as you let on. So yeah, don't fret Anya just keep it to Blue and Green Lantern when we're in public or amongst people we're not sure whether to tell yet, yeah?" And with that, Ian turned towards the sky and left a Green trail for Anya to follow.
"Let's go find Morgan. Ring, track Lantern 2814.2." "Tracking, setting course for Lantern Freeman's current position." O.O.C ~ Exit.

Everything rides on Hope now. Anya smiled and gave a slight nod when Ian asked her about how the ring came to her. He was right. If she had a nickle for every time someone told her that Morgan wasn't coming back in anything but a body bag or that she should give up and he was probably living it up somewhere nice, she could be a millionaire.
When she wasn't working and dreading that every call was him, she was downing caffeine as if it were oxygen and hunting for him. She had stopped at all of the bars. The police had assured her that they would keep an eye out for this particular grown man. She doubted that they would but the thought was comforting. She had hopes of finding Morgan alive and well, not getting into any trouble, though it always seemed to follow him.
She had been presented with a ring but looking back, she was too busy and too tired to remember exactly how it all played out. She did the training. She did the flying, she did what needed to be done so that she could come back home and search. That was what she was doing when she saw Morgan on the news.
Before Anya could finish her thoughts, the Green Lantern took to the sky, leaving a trail of green for her to follow. She swore to herself and let the blue aura grip her and lift her up to follow the masked man who called himself, Ian. She would remember to call him the Green Lantern when they were in uniform, but she would also remember his name.
She followed, as her stomach leaped the moment that her feet left the ground. It would not return to the proper cavity in her body, not until her feet found solid ground. She dodged the birds and kept an eye out for other obstacles as she followed Ian. They were going to find Morgan, and she was already rehearsing her speech.
