I refuse to quest for a legendary, just to get a Ralts to use for Shiny Breeding. I'm just looking for a Ralts that is not from the USA. Japanese, Canadian, whatever the Ralts is, I don't care. Lemme know what you want, and I'll see if I have it. Thank you for taking your time to read this.
