. . . . . . .So, I'm a movie fan. Anybody here happen to see Chronicles of Narnia? What was your opinion on it?
I personally loved it, they did a really good job of the book, and the effects were quite well done. The kids were belivable, and... yeah. The overall appeal of the movie was good, I enjoyed it greatly, fun for everyone.
What do you think? . . . . . . .

The movie was really good. Time jump Ed was hot. And I like how they incorporated the rock dropping with the birds like the bombs in England. That was ingenious. What got me is that they started with the second book, not the first one.

What got me is that they started with the second book, not the first one. i think they are making the movies in order of when they were write and not by which is first in the series..... mrgreen because C.S. Lewis wrote The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe first and wrote the Magician's Nephew last but he ment for it to be read first in the series.... mrgreen

It was a pretty good movie. At times it seemed to have gone by too slow though...but it was intresting and the graphics were amazing...so I'll give it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

I would have to say that the reason they did not start w/the "first" book is because the 2nd has much more of a story to it...sure you don't know how the witch got into Narnia, but that isn't too important.
Not to mention it depends whcih version of the series you are reading as to which book comes first...the publusher that I read had The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe first and The Magician's Nephew 3rd I believe, as like a flashback.

I had seen the original movie in fourth grade and it... sucked! I hated the movie. sweatdrop Then I was forced to watch it last year when the new one came out and I was thinking nooooo! But then I saw it and the graphics were WAY better. It gave me a new perspective on the movie. But since I had already seen the whole thing I did find it a bit boring. Don't hurt me. >_<
