I just thought of a potential plot for Cheon that, if you guys have nothing else to do, I would love to involve you two in surprised
I was thinking maybe within the magical community, there's been rumors about who the next 'replacement' or legacy for Zatanna is supposed to be but no one exactly knows for sure, but then a random NPC Homo magi catches wind that there's a girl in Coast City who has the key to Shadowcrest.
As Cheon was preparing for a presentation on the progress of her project to the department at the university, the NPC attacks and steals Cheon's purse, which contained the key (but also her USB with her research on it) and makes a get away, she starts hurling magic at the attacker and there's a bit of a scuffle in the courtyard of the school which draws the attention of Aquaman in.
Battle continues, the thief gets away, but Cheon reunites with her brother and they catch up. She reveals to him that she gave up on her Homo magi life, and after talking maybe Kellis could promise to help Cheon get her purse back.
Cheon consults her black book, see's Atreyu's number and then contacts him, asking him for help and to help her find her purse with the USB and the key. Maybe he also realizes she's the one that was destined to be Zatanna's legacy which is why he's more inclined to help her? Or whatever reason you want to come up with.
They do a bit of magic stuff, figure out that the npc magician took the purse to xyz spot and then stuff happens and she gets the key and usb back, then at that point she decides maybe instead of continuing with her research the real thrill in her life comes from being a hero, and then she'll make a big reveal to the Homo magi community as being Zatanna's legacy?

I love this idea it is the best and I have an existing bad guy that would want to know that known as the Cult of the Cold Flame we can easily use and extort there presence for not only this story but more if we want. I definitely approve. mrgreen
Ooo that's a really good idea! Maybe the NPC thief is a member or affiliated with the cult and that's how they knew about Cheon having the key?

I also like this plotting! It'd be a good intro to a new legacy character and would be a great tie up for the character relations.
It'd also be nice to establish some villains within the guild, so I'm all for the Cult too.
Guys you making me jealous with all that awesome bonding and combat while little ol Atreyu all by his lonesome going to get drunk and fall asleep in his office lol.

So question for you guys I just making our bad guy a member of the Cult cuz it a common bad guy for Zatanna and Constantine to fight. But I not sure where you want this excursion to go.
I know we going to get the key back but not sure if you want me to make it a battle against the one guy or a start of uncovering a bigger mystery or what.
I don't want to be dragging you guys along to anything you not cool with.
Also I sorry for the straight up douchebaggery that is Atreyu. I promise he not always like this. sweatdrop
If you want, we could get the key back from the one guy, take some information, and then put a pause on the plot. Then we can flush out more details ooc in terms of what we wanna do with it and where we wanna go with this and carry on some other time with it if we're all down?

I down with that and awesome so when Atreyu finishes the tracking spell I will say the guy is in some warehouse alone and we can just go from there like we have til we get the key back and decide if we want to split up for a bit or continue on down the rabbit hole. mrgreen
