Denied for two reasons.

One being the obvious of failing to use the proper Profile layout for your character.

Two is for very poor foundation of a biography and personality but foremost towards you character's poor history which needs better cultivation of intellectual imagination if you even have hoped of it being approved here regardless so you need to add more detail to your character as well as more solid context of this "Impending Doom" and have more or less likely to be shrugged off and denied as of the fact this guild needs a break from the constant enemy's they have consistently been facing as of late. .

So there are your reasons for having your character being denied, I hope this helps you somewhat in what not to do.

●: Harvey is very headstrong, one could describe her as independent, though she is very caring and thoughtful when it comes to others. She’s rarely ever seen alone, always surrounded by friends whom she cares very dearly about. At a distance, her strong bravado and lack of communication could be seen as intimidating to strangers, but getting to know her is key to know her personally.

Backstory
●: Years ago (see original Kingdom Key Academy for further details) a mistake was made in Land of Departure which swept Harvey away into the land of darkness where she has resided and presumed dead for almost three years. Here, within the Dark World, Harvey met a teacher who was also trapped in the realm as well. It is here where she learned her mark of mastery, becoming a fellow keyblade master among the peers she left behind. Having finally been able to conjure a successful Corridor of Light, Harvey found herself back in the real world, and struggling to deal with how time had progressed without her.

Personality
●: Darkness has raked what used to be a caring young boy who was eager to learn into that of a hateful person who is hellbent on revenge. Where is a bubbly personality once was, a more cocky and sarcastic one has grown, melding Chase from a carefree adolescent to an adult full of hatred.

Backstory
●: Three years ago, after his best friend Harvey was sucked into the darkness, Chase began exploring less then appropriate means to bring her back. His descent into knowledge of the darkness brought him just that, and through learning this knowledge a small dot of darkness on his heart formed, and continued to grow substantially as he prepared through schooling for his mark of mastery exam. However, it was this darkness that brought about his undoing. While in the middle of the exam, the darkness lying dormant in Chase’s heart awoke, killing two of his peers in the process. It was this accident that brought a change in him, and his banishment from the school only aided in his descent into the darkness itself. Now, years later, he’s something to be feared, popping up occasionally to stir the pot with his small army of heartless, waiting for the day his friend Harvey returns from her prison, waiting to enact revenge on what her indirect involvement brought onto him. Though completely corrupt with darkness, it hasn’t truly taken over him, his body is still his own, and his mind is still clear, it would appear he has some sort of mastery level control over it. Within his dark heart, lies a single remaining streak of light, seeking redemption.

●: Chase can enact an almost admirable amount of dark magic and darkness based attacks, he is something to be feared, as most of his attacks are capable of dealing out an almost critical amount of damage.

Battle Style
●: Chase’s battle style is very haphazard and could be deemed untrained, he attacks swiftly with his right arm, and though his keyblade is capable of dealing critical damage he can easily be dodged by the weight of it, leaving him susceptible to attacks from behind and to his left side. His specialty is ground combos, and will tend to wail on his opponent rather than calculate a weakness.
