I’m going through a bunch of stuff IRL right now, and I won’t be able to pull together a xmas event thread. Can one of you guys spearhead that? I’m sorry for letting everyone down, but I am not doing great atm

Is anyone else here in SCAS? I kinda have early access to the Christmas Event for testing, and all I want to do is suggest complimentary thread themes but I don't want to get into trouble.

Hassli, don't worry about it. Do what you need to do! I agree with Elske, we, of the D, got your back! It's funny that you put this up since I was wondering about it. There haven't been any developments in the holiday thread as far as I know. Elske, I am not familiar with SCAS...what is it? -- Side note: I will be out on vacation starting today until the 20th to spend time with family...so basically, I won't be able to do anything major until I get back. I can spawn a mini pop-event to get things riled up - doesn't matter if it's in guild or out of the guild. If anyone needs a second opinion on anything let me know. I'll check on Gaia through my phone while I am out.

I kinda have early access to the Christmas Event for testing, and all I want to do is suggest complimentary thread themes but I don't want to get into trouble. ninja I think it's just you...can you give vague hints? I believe the event starts on the 19th, right? I'll hop on Mule-kun and set up a thread in the test forum. Probably just copy the format from last year's, but we'll need: - banner/art - a snappy title - decide on contests and prizes I'm not doing anything tonight, so hmu if you wanna.

I popped in to comment on the event being up and saw that you replied.
So laaaate.
I wanted to hint at how well our Christmas decoration design contests from previous years would fit again, and now you guys can see why.
I want to know what folks reckon a Diedrich themed tree would look like!
(Don't think I've seen an official option to make one one?)
We had a hellishly hot week here recently, so I'm definitely diggin' the snow theme.
Does Hassli usually do graphics?

Lol it's okay. We've been hashing things out on the discord. I just need to put the thread together. Sys is going to make a banner, once they get home. I might make a placeholder until then, depending on which of us will get done first. Oh, cute, thanks! I'll definitely be using that.

I added banner text title things with this holiday font I found. I did traditional hand drawings for art; I'll get them digitally colored to match the rest of the thread...bleh, I got home late since I had to catch up on the work load from when I was out on vacation. I think tomorrow we're allowed to leave early but that's if our department manager lets us...I'll keep you all posted on Discord.
