It makes her very good at chess and board games like Risk or Monopoly. xxx𝒞𝒽𝒾𝓁𝒹𝒽𝑜𝑜𝒹xxx xxxFatima is the oldest child of Arjun and Chanda Bhattacharyya, born at Broadgreen Hospital in Liverpool, England. Her mother is a squib and owns a bakery and her father is magical and manages the family holdings. Both parents come from money and the family is comfortable. Her brother Vikram was born when she was two years old, and her brother Kavi was born when she was six years old. She kept expecting her magic to show throughout her life, but nothing happened. Her parents enrolled her at a private school called Bank View school to get her basic schooling achieved. On her eleventh birthday no owl showed up to deliver a letter, confirming her family's fears that she was a squib. In attempting to comfort her, Vikram accidentally had his first show of magic, which only served to upset her further. She did eventually forgive him, but it took a little while. Fati was given the choice to stay with the magical family or go live with a Muggle family, but much like her mother, she chose to stay with her magical family.
xxx𝒮𝒸𝒽𝑜𝑜𝓁 𝒴𝑒𝒶𝓇𝓈xxx xxxFirst Vikram went off to Hogwarts, then Kavi did, while Fatima instead was enrolled in Merchant Taylors' Girls' School. She was introduced to the person she was eventually going to marry, another squib from a magical family that she was arranged with. Initially she didn't like Reginald, but they became friends as they attended sibling schools. She did make lots of friends at school and joined a bunch of clubs. It became apparent at a young age that Fati was something of a math wizard, but she also excelled at science and the humanities. She also quite enjoyed reading and strategy games. Since her brothers were away at school and despite living in the same city as her school, she was an on campus student. Which meant that she got to spend summers at home with her brothers, which was something she relished. As they approached finals their senior year, both Fati and Reggie applied to the same school, University College of London Business (UCLB).
xxxFatima was really excited to learn that she was getting a sister when Vikram announced to the family that his secret girlfriend was pregnant. Of course, once Baba made sure his engagement to his fiancee was annulled. Fati helped Csuri adapt to the family and helped her prepare for her wedding. While she had to return to London for school, she kept checking up on Csuri throughout the year. She expected to get to meet her niece before school went on winter break, but it seemed that she was late. Almost as soon as winter break started though, Tatiana entered the world.
