Culture in Mootopia
Moo Milk Wonder:
After the commercial success of Moo Milk, the town shifted in aesthetic in order to appease tourists and give deliver a high level of cuteness to its guests. The roads are paved white and black, and important buildings are thematically shaped and colored, such as a Moo Milk department store being in the shape of a milk bottle that's color varies depending on the flavor of Moo Milk they sell.

This has created an intense scene of competition for the entrepreneurs in the market district. The president of a department store also serves as the founded, creator of ideas and products, and is the mascot and is often featured in promotional material for its Moo Milk.

Culinary Competition:
In the busy marketplace of Mootopia, department stores come and go as they encounter failure, some rising to the top for a few years before falling and giving way to a new generation. Department stores offer liquid Moo Milk readily accessible for drinking, and all sort of treats, such as Ice Cream Moo Milk, Candied Moo Milk, Moo Cheese, Moo Butter, with some stores offering treats unique to their selection.

Due to the extreme competitive nature of the marketplace and the desire to become Chef Creme, there are rumors of underhanded tactics and backstabbery taking place behind the scenes in the market. Beware and stay safe out there!

Prejudice
Although all are welcomed in Mootopia, once can sense that Dragons who have milk/cow related markings feel superior to those who do not. They are able to fit into the Topia's aesthetic better and are more respected by other individuals who share similar qualities. Regardless of that social dynamic, all dragons are able to find work and contribute to the success of Mootopia.

Work-life Balance
Outside of the busy entrepreneurial scene, Dragons enjoy reaping the benefits of a financially successful colony. They are able to make higher scale than average Dragons, buy nice homes, and tend to their families, bountiful gardens and ranches. Many dragons pursue their own hobbies and live full-fledged lives, the Moo Milk industry provides jobs for all these dragons.

Mootopia participates in the Heartspire Colony activities such as Battles, Gauntlets and races and will often send skilled champions to represent the colony.

Religion
Most dragons believe in the Legacy of Serathen and send their thoughts and prayers that way. Religion does not play a huge role in the colony, and it is more good thoughts, goodwill, and good morals that take the precedent in Mootopia.


Fuzox Rights
Fuzox’s while respected, are natural hard workers and tend to farm work, and ranch work, as they have sturdy bodies and have a lot of stamina, and are great at tilling fields and other forms of manual labor. They enjoy bonding with Dragons and typically have positive relationships with the dragons they are bonded to. In exchange for providing milk or working, they are provided homes and food, and are represented on the board by Fuzox representatives.

Male Fuzox tend to be workers while female Fuzox participate in the Moo Milk production.
Fuzox who refuse to contribute to working or milking are frowned upon in the colony and are ostracized.



Mating, breeding, and love
Dragons and Fuzoxs are free to have flings with whomever in the colony and outside of the colony. However, mating is respected when done with a member in the colony. Mating with someone outside of the colony may be looked down upon by others in a social setting.

Ruling Family

Mootopia is ruled by the Moo King, and Moo Queen, two figures revered throughout the Topia credited as the first ones to commercialize Milk from Fuzoxs and make them into a variety of goods.

The rulers of Mootopia have set the laws for the Colony, abiding by higher laws that exist in the Heartspire. They try to ensure that the rules are fair to all citizens of the colony, however, things can become greyed in the Moo Milk industry as success is the most important factor there.

Ranks
Here lies the ranks and jobs available in Mootopia.

Moo King - this is the male ruler of the Mootopia colony. They oversee ruling the colony, making sure laws are fair for the overall citizens, and reap the most benefits of the success of Mootopia. [This spot is taken by a non-existing character]
Moo Queen - this is the female ruler of the Mootopia colony. They oversee ruling the colony, making sure laws are fair for the overall citizens, and reap the most benefits of the success of Mootopia. [This spot is taken by a non-existing character]

Moo Council
Chief of Mooney - their job is to oversee finances in Mootopia and make sure money is flowing to and from all the right places and in the right amounts. They are in charge of keeping up on what is happening in the Moo Market district and the approval of creating new department stores. [0/1 occupancy]
Chief of Milking - their job is to oversee harvest of Moo Milk in Mootopia and make sure the adequate amount of product is being gathered. [0/1 occupancy]
Chief of Moolitary - their job is to oversee the Military in Mootopia and make sure the colony is safe from threats. [0/1 occupancy]
Chief of Imoovation - their job is to oversee the innovation in Mootopia, they work as the head scientist of the colony. They are in charge of assuring all new products meet safety standards, as well as for helping to push continuous innovation. [0/1 occupancy]
Representatives for Fuzox Rights - their job is to oversee the Fuzox Rights in Mootopia, assuring that the Fuzoxs are represented and have a voice at the council. [0/2 Fuzox occupancy]

Department Store Entrepreneur
For each individual department store of Moo Milk there is a
President - they are the creator and leader of the department store. They work to ensure the success of their business, create new product, provide magical power to flavor Moo Milk, and work as the mascot of the store, being photographed and doing interviews for the success of their business. They typically are a dragon with a unique marketable brand (unique flavor profile marking or edits to resemble a Cow Dragon).
Vice President - works as the advisor to the president, acting as a secretary, following up on tasks the president does not have time for, and offering guidance and a second eye to overseeing the business.

Normal Mootopians
Normal citizens of Mootopia have a variety of job positions. They may be hired to work at department stores or work around the city. (These positions have an unlimited number of spots)
Moo Clerk - these dragons work as cashiers, stockers, greeters, and are often seen helping tourists at department stores.
Moo Guide - these dragons are seen working at Moo Milk Hotels, acting as tour guides, or work in the entertainment industry at various attractions.
Moo Farmer - these dragons are in charge of farming to provide crops for the colony to eat.
Moo Rancher: these dragons are in charge of raising, feeding, and ensuring that Fuzoxs receive proper care and treatment. They also harvest Moo Milk and deliver it to department stores for further product processing.
Moo Enchanter: - these dragons work to flavor and create products for department store selling. They are the leading science force in Mootopia, working to push Moo Milk products further.
Moo Trader: - these dragons work in advertisement and deal with trading inside of Mootopia as well as help to facilitate trading outside of the colony
Moo Warrior: - these dragons work as security ensuring peace in Mootopia and act as a form of crime prevention. They can work as security in a department store, around local parts of Mootopia, or as park rangers.
Moo Care: - these dragons are healers who work to keep dragons and fuzox in the colony healthy and provide medical assistance as needed.
Moo Builder: - these dragons work to build new department stores and new buildings around Mootopia. They are skilled in craftsmanship and demolition.
Moo Child: - these dragons are mere babies or youth! They have yet to find their role in Mootopia!
Fuzox Resident: - these Fuzox are either workers in farms and ranches, or aid in Moo Milk production. They could opt to not participate in work or milking production but they may be looked down upon by other members of Mootopia.
