Piano -- Alis has been playing the piano since she began lessons in elementary school. Though it is not the primary focus of her life, she remains a skilled (though not on a professional level) pianist and is happy to play a song or two when asked.
Dancing -- Though not by any means a great dancer, Alis still enjoys moving to the music. She's a bit self-conscious about her lack of grace but once she warms up to someone she's happy to dance with them, even if they tease her a bit. She's also more than happy to trade playful barbs with the people she loves.
Herbalism -- Alis is a firm believer in medical science and refuses to compromise people's safety by recommending inadequate or dangerous natural options, but for lesser problems she has a whole host of researched plant based remedies to help alleviate symptoms and supplement the more rigorous measures. You won't find her promoting crystals or anything unsupported by empirical evidence, but if she has something that can safely make somebody feel a bit better she's happy to share it.

Disciplined -- Alis has very clear goals and a drive to meet them with as few distractions as possible. She isn't one to seek out instant gratification, preferring to focus on her long-term goals and how she can best manage her professional goals, physical health, and finances.
