Isabelle is the first child born to Matthew and Courtney Bishop, born at Whitworth Hospital in nearby Matlock. Her parents were both Muggleborn and attended Hogwarts. She grew up in a Muggle household with all the comforts of Muggle life. Her parents did educate her about magic though, in case she was also magical. When Izzy was four, her brother Timothy was born. As the two grew up, Izzy became something of an inspiration to her little brother. She didn't have any magical shows, but her Hogwarts letter still arrived on her eleventh birthday.
