It's just a little question: I once heard that you have to delete your character in order to be able to change the eye color, skin and things like that?
Is that true or is there some kind of shop anywere?
Don't wanna try that out so I better ask..

To change skin color, eye color, and eye style you do have to delete your character. You can change your hair in the salon, though, without deleting.

I deleted mine once, he had darker skin and I wanted him to match the Elven ears. It worked fine for me. I don't know if you're allowed to do it more than once, though, and I haven't tried yet.

One more question: You do not loose your stuff and gold when you delete your character, right?

I didn't when I deleted mine. I unequipped everything first, just in case, but it was all there when I was done with the new character.

Yeah I just wanted to change the skin color. I've also changed my hair since then, making it dark instead of brown, but I kept my eyes the same.

Actually, I think you can purchase contacts to change your eyecolor. I'm not sure, but I believe it was available a year or so ago. My friend and I have contacts on our wishlist. -shrug-

The contacts are, among some other items, not available. They were never released; they're just test items. The admins never meant for people to find out about them, but some people played around with the wishlists when they were first released and found out about alot of unreleased items.
