Welcome to the Guitarists' Guild of Gaia's Bassist Sub-Forum! This section of the guild is here for the sole-purpose of giving our bassist members a place to post about their weapon of choice.
Basically, anything that you post about guitars in the main forum can be posted here. Techniques, artists, etc.
I also hope this forum introduces 6 string players to the world of bass, and encourages the playing of both instruments.

Well, in reality, bassists are what i call the 'underdog' of the band; they are there to play bass, no matter if they can be heard or not. trust me, i've been a bassist for a year (trying to get a band together if anyone interested) and it's hard to match the power of a guitar or drums. As for weapon of choice, i would like to have a Rickenbacker, but so far, it's not coming great on saving $ for one yet lol. i would love to see this forumn to grow bigger than just a couple of people.
