Anno Dracula, The Bloody Red Baron, and Anno Dracula 1959: Judgement of Tears
By Kim Newman
A new, insightful look into vampirism and a new ending to a classic story, presented in a historical fiction format! Though complete fiction, these books make you think about how one decision can change the course of the world.

The series of Mithgar
Dennis L. McKiernan
if you are a fan of Tolkien then you will have to forgive this author's earliest books that are close enough to Lord of the Rings to almost violate copywrite laws...as his writing matures, though, he creates his own style. these books are fantacy, but each book in the searies adresses an issue such as 'do gods exist' and 'what is the nature of evil'. they do this in the low points of the story and without disrupting the flow of the plot, like normaly meaningless talk around a campfire or during the graveyard watch.

The Black Jewels Trilogy
Anne Bishop
This is an awsome book in witch not only are women the dominant sex, but it's good to be evil.

Caverns of Socrates
Dennis L. McKiernan
the characters in this book are stuck in a VR they don't know they're in! they must fight their way out, what they don't know is they are fighting for their lives. *meanwhile* a terrible lightning storm is raging ever closer to the HQ where the character's lives are at stake. if hte power goes out (and it does) the people in the VR could be disembodied!

The Darkweaver Series by Mark Robson. Enter a land where magic has been banned, battles between good and evil. The joys of friendship and love that overcome the slightest obsticle. A good read for those who liked to be enchanted with what you read.

Momo

By Michel Ende

A woudnerfull book, about a young girl's sturgled against sinster men in gray who steal time from humans. Very imagenative, a fable for all ages.

The Neverending story

By Michel Ende

This is the novle from which severl movies and a tv series were created. As can be expected, neither of them did the novle any justace. The novle deals with finding who you turely are, as well as the power of creativity.

Solar flair

by Lary Burket.

A great what if novle about what would happen if all eleronics were whiped out on earth. There are some christain theams in this novle, but the over all story is quite good.

Failsafe

By Eugene Burdick and Harvey Wheeler

A must read about the dangers of reling to much on comptuers. As true today as it was on the 60s. A novle about what would happen if a computer malfuntion sent bommers to Moscow during the time of the cold war. A great novle that looks at human natuer, and the efets of an acidental war.

these are just a few of the books I love. don't have room to right all the ones I sugest reading.

The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy Trilogy
by Douglas Adams

Douglas Adams' famous Hitchhiker's Guide Trilogy, consisting of The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, Mostly Harmless, So long, and thanks for the fish, and some other books, up to 5. It features the main character, who's name I can't remember, Marvin the suicidal robot, and many other characters. A timeless sci-fi humor classic. Any other book by him is good too. And I hope to God that the upcoming Hitchhiker's movie doesn't suck, because if it does I'll be forced to kill the producers.
