---------------------------------------- I was watching Ladyhawlk with my sister. And we got to talking about all those awesome 80's movies. If it's cheesy or corny the better ^^~
We both agreed that even though we are not "80's generation" (I was born is 84, my sis in 89) we still love the movies from that fantastic time n_n
I was just curios as to what 80's movies my fellow V guilders love? And perhaps why they are your fav?
Some of my favs are (in no order): Labyrinth, Indiana Jones 1,2,3, Platoon, Summer School, Star Wars ep, 5 &6, National Lampoons Christmas Vacation, The Last Star fighter, Ladyhawlk, Mad Max 2 & 3, etc

The Neverending Story, The Dark Crystal, and of course Labyrinth as you already mentioned. Those are the first ones that come to my mind.

Oh man, the first thing that pooped into my head when I heard 80's was Revenge of the Nerds, Porkey's, Sixteen Candles, and Breakfst Club. Oh! And don't forget Ferris Beuller's Day Off! xd

don't forget: Mommy Dearest
"NO MORE HANGERS!!!"
Brrr...that psychotic mother was scarier than Freddy Kruger, It, Poltergeist, and Aliens combined... sad

Arnold Schwarzenegger's first big movie....well, his first big movie more than five lines for him to speak. But, man, this is one of the most unintentionally hilarious movies I have ever seen. Ed Wood paid more attention to continuity and logical sense than these filmmakers! My favorite part is when the protagonists' car hits a telephone pole and the head of the dummy replacing of the female lead for the stunt clearly separates from the rest of the body and flies into the air. Also starring: Tommy Chong's daughter, an 11-year-old Alyssa Milano, that guy who played the dad in Clueless, that guy who said "Warriors.......come out to plaaaaaaaaaaaaay," and that guy who played Trask in X-Men: The Last Stand. Man, I think I'm going to go watch this right now.
