The entire planet is covered in snow and ice. To allow settlement of the planet a climate control center was put in place to keep the climate from getting too cold and causing blizzards. Pigma once made an attack on the control center causing the planet to suffer a severe blizzard. The native wildlife and flora, have been begining to dissappear from the surface of the planet. This severly worrys the Cornerian Government.
