Well, I figured I'd start a trivia game to get more people involved posting here, hopefully. The rules are simple, answer the last question and come up with a new one. I guess I'll start...
In what year was The Guide (Silk) born?

VirmarIanosian Correct.... The answer is Vortai. (probably spelled wrong cause I'm looking but you get my point) My question... Who designed the Cherek warboats, originally? mwahahaha I'm reading belgarath at the moment and so I found out: Aldur gave Belgarath the original plans so they kind of designed them together This is a bit of a wierd question but how many characters are there whose names begin with 'Bel' throughout all of the series and in the spin-off books? This includes dead characters, oh and please list them.

Belgarath Belzedar Belkira Beltira Belmakor Belsambar Beldin Belgarion Beldurnik Next question: When do the Malloren Gospels speak of the first sight of the Beloved Guest? (You would need to have read The Rivan Codex to know this answer. hint: in The Book of Visions)

When it was first being written during the First Age. It talks of a Beloved Guest who had not yet arrived but who would be their god. It was obviously speaking of Eriond.
Next question...
What do the prefixes Bel- and Pol- mean?

Bel is a reference to beloved. However, in Magician's Gambit it was mentioned that Pol is the equivlent of Bel only for women, marking them as Aldur's deciples.
I'm going to be evil with my question. What color is the plume on Madorallen's helmet?

Next question... What do the prefixes Bel- and Pol- mean? I meant when do they get their first look at him. When do they first see Errand? Or more specifically, when do they first realize he will be one of the contestants for the Choice. Not when do they first become aware of the Beloved Guest? I guess I should have specified.

She was 46 years old and had begun to worry about watching those she knew grow old and die. I'm just re-reading Polgara's book and had just reached that part.
