1. Before playing, you must send Farore-Oracle of Secrets a private message informing her which character or characters you wish to play, using the following form:



In your sample, I would like to see a combination of description, action, and dialogue, containing the character you wish to play. For an example, please look here.

2. Each member may play up to four characters. However, you must play an existing character for every original character you wish to play. Please check the "Character Database" sticky for unclaimed characters.

3. Please be courteous to all members, this should go without saying. Give your fellow players a chance to respond to you, and do not take control of a character that does not belong to you without the permission of the owner of that character.

4. Godmoding (the ability to ignore all attacks, land all attacks, etc.) is not allowed, as this is similar to taking control of another character.

5. Character killing is strictly forbidden unless the members controlling the characters have discussed it with each other and the gamemasters in advance. Killing non-player characters such as moblins, random villagers, and such is alright, though you may find yourself wanted by the friends and family of those characters. ^~

6. Relationships (friendly or otherwise) between characters should remain between characters. Just because two characters want to kill each other does not mean there should be any bad feelings between the players themselves.

7. Please keep cursing to a minimum, there is no need for excessive swearing in this game.

8. You may not charge a character/player Gaia Gold for your in-game services. (Store, inn, etc.) Please contact a gamemaster before creating an in-game store or inn unless your character owns such a shop in the games. (If you play the Happy Mask Salesman, you do not need to ask permission to open the Happy Mask Shop, for example.)

9. Please role-play in the third person, and be descriptive enough that others understand clearly what your character is doing when posting. Again, please read my example linked in the first rule. (You do not have to be quite that descriptive, though I will not be angry if you are. ^~)

10. Keep all role-playing in threads with a title beginning with "RP: ". If you move from one general region to another, please continue playing in the thread describing that region. (If you move from Hyrule Field to Death Mountain, you would stop posting in the "RP: Hyrule Field" thread and begin again in "RP: Death Mountain".)

For now, I wish to keep the game in Hyrule. In the future, characters may travel to Termina, Koholint, Holodrum, or other places.

This is the first time I have heard such an issue, but if others feel the same way, I will likely alter Rule 10.

So would this work I'm Zorzora a warrior from across the seas in search of link for some training. My hair is long unkempt red hair, my eyes are green and i have a birthmark of the triforce on my forehead. I wear a black cloak over a red tunic wearing red hose and black boots. I'm a cheerful fellow until someone makes me angry then i explode in fury. I've been searching for Link because my village elder told me i must find him for training or all could go wrong.
