I remember after I started getting good at bass I found it tough to find stuff to challenge me with. Don't get stuck on boring root notes! Mainstream music has (typically) very boring bass lines. Here are some trickier tabs you might want to look up
Anesthesia (Pulling Teeth) - Metallica A cool bass solo, give it a listen. I think I remember seeing some other cool bass stuff from Metallica, but I can't be sure as I'm not a huge fan.
Anything Les Claypool (Primus). I particularly enjoy playing Jerry was a Racecar Driver. Nice fun Bass tapping.
Red Hot Chili Peppers Flea can sure slap! Check out Coffee Shop.
Dream Theater has some tricky bass lines. Check out The Ytse Jam.
Jaco Pastorious Amazing Jazz bassist. Check out his version of Donna Lee or Portrait of Tracy.
Feel free to add your own tricky bass stuff if you know of any. I know a quite a bit of songs, so if you want a challenge, feel free to ask me and I can point you in the right direction.

Mudvayne - Happy
Awesome tapping, although you hardly notice it unless you watch them play it.

Those are all very good lines, but if you want something with an intelligent musical direction, try stuff from Yes and Rush, particularly Rush's YYZ or Yes's Close To The Edge. That stuff is brilliant.

XxDemolition LoversxX A lot of AFI stuff is really hard too. that has got to be the stupidest thing ive ever heard. if you think thats hard, look at the earlier Chili Peppers stuff, as well as Hump De Bump, thats some crazy triplet notes there.

For sure. If you're feeling adventerous, try learning some of The Who. Entwistle was a frikkin genius.
